The location.

Cons:

When we arrived for check-in at 4:00 PM, the room was not ready. We were only able to enter at 4:30 PM with the housekeeper still finishing up. During our stay, I scheduled room cleaning for one day, but they didn’t do it. I scheduled it for the next day as well, and again they didn’t do it.

La limpieza era terrible, les urge cambiar de personal de limpieza, ducha mal lavada, baños y se nota que no lo limpiaron para nuestra estancia, aun así cobran 34 dólares extra para la limpieza al final de la estancia.

Wished I stayed longer
Pros:

Everything was excellent.
First time I honestly felt at home while abroad,
Came to the gate and guard was laid back, informative and ensured we were even in the right place.
The elegance of establishment was breathtaking family couldn’t believe what amazing deal we had.
Overall from staff to cleanness, outstanding service for the cost.
