Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter Ahmad war wirklich sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir sind zu zweit (weiblich) unterwegs gewesen und er hat uns bis zu den Pyramiden begleitet und uns auch Ratschläge gegeben. Sehr lieb und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Betten sind nicht sauber gewesen, wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Die Lage ist weniger gut für allein reisende Frauen.

Pros:

I had a great stay, the location is perfect for exploring the pyramids and the surrounding area. The view to the pyramids from the room, and the rooftop were amazing and having an authentic breakfast looking out on the pyramids must be experienced.

The staff is friendly and both Ahmed and Boda at the reception make you feel at home and can help you with whatever it is you might need.

Cons:

The horses outside can be a bit distracting but you get used to it rather quickly.

Good value place to stay.
Pros:

Lovely staff, Ahmed and the lady at reception (unfortunately I didn’t get her name). I had a room with a nice view of the pyramids, a comfortable bed, good hot shower. Room had a kettle, some coffee and tea, TV, fridge and sofa. I stayed three nights and would stay longer. The breakfast was served until 12, so you don’t have to wake up early for it.

Cons:

Whoever cleans the floors could do better so that there aren’t balls of hair everywhere. Other than that, the rest of it seemed clean.

The Staff is amazing, they make you feel super comfy at ease , plus the hotel is super clean & rooms are very modern , all looks brand-new
Pyramid view from my room all 3 of them !
Amazing to wake up to
Wonderful rooftop terrace , enjoyed my stay a lot , when ever back in Giza will stay here again

Wonderful genuinely friendly staff in this hotel who make you feel very comfortable , Location next to the pyramids site , my room looked out over the 3 Pyramids , waking up seeing them from the bed , amazing energetic experience

Pros:

I like.the location, the best spot where you can see the beauty and grandeur of the pyramids in dimention. Staffs were friendly, very accomodating and respectful.

Cons:

Nothing i didnt like in the hotel because it was exceeded my expectations except for an stinky smell comming from outside where cammels and horse defacates just infront of the hotel.i suggest to find some place for these beautiful cammel and horse as their resting place.

Felt like home
Pros:

Staff was great especially Hamody and the manager. They made us feel like home thank to their kindness and high professionalism.
Whatever we needed we just had to ask and they could provide asap.
The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The view from the roof on the pyramids was breathtaking.
We are more than satisfied. Highly reccomended!
