Cons:

口コミでは高評価だったが、イマイチ。
まず、アクセスがわかりにくい。
マップに従って大通りからEl Aminの道を行くと行き止まりでたどり着けない。
farsha pyramids cafeの右側の通りか、El Horeya通りから迂回する必要。
そしてマップの位置は正確だが、看板も目印も何もない民家の5階にありまず見つけるのは不可能。
付近の方に電話してもらい、やっとホストと会うことができた。
それから部屋の準備をするということで10分程待たされる。
部屋はベッドには髪の毛、ゴミ箱にもゴミ、ティバッグは開封済みなど、清掃はできていない。
部屋の隣の風呂、トイレは水が出ないことも多く、手洗いもままならない。
そのためシャワーは浴びることができなかった。
Wifiは翌朝には使うことができたが、チェックイン当日は低速過ぎて全く繋がらず。
口コミにホストは親切、水サービスとかあるが、水サービスはない。
書類を印刷したかったのでホストに付近にコピー屋はないか尋ねたが、翌朝に回答すると言われが、翌日は誰もおらず鍵を置いてチェックアウトした。
無料の朝食サービスもない。
比較的安いが、周辺にはたくさん同程度はあるので、ここは避けたほうが良い。

Excellent
Pros:

One of my favourite lodgings in Egypt. Clean, well-maintained, very comfy beds, lovely shared lounge & bathroom, stellar views of the pyramids, markets nearby, kettle and drinking water available plus a TV (not that I used it). And the manager is really friendly and helpful. I loved the place and would definitely return.

Pros:

La família realmente es amable y te recibe muy bien. Los comentarios positivos creo que son porque les dan pena, ya que se nota que son una familia pobre, pero alguien les debe decir que deben limpiar... Si mejoran la limpieza podría ser un bed&breakfast perfecto.

Cons:

La habitación y el baño estaban realmente muy sucios, al punto que no podías tocar nada porque era asqueroso.... Al llegar nos fuimos a otro sitio con un disgusto grande porque nos sabia mal por la familia que parecía ser buena gente, pero es que estaba muy sucio. Somos una pareja que viajamos por todo el mundo durmiendo en sitios económicos y aceptamos casi todo pero fue demasiado.. Lo siento por la familia pero nos molesto que los comentarios todos fuesen mentira. Error nuestro no mirar reseñas en Google ya que no tienen ninguna...

I rate Family View Guest House very positively, especially considering the excellent value for money.

The owner, Hassan, was very kind and helpful — always willing to give advice and recommend local places to eat where you don’t have to pay tourist prices, which I really appreciated as a traveler.

The guest house is located away from the main road, so there was no traffic noise and it was easy to relax. It’s fair to say this is not a five-star hotel, so it may not suit everyone, but if you are looking for an authentic place with a genuine atmosphere, it’s an ideal choice.

After leaving, I realized how perfectly the name of the guest house fits — there is a truly family-like atmosphere, plus a beautiful view of the pyramids. I would definitely recommend this place to travelers like myself, and I would happily return again.

Nada. Me tuve que ir a otro hotel nada más entrar porque estaba todo sucio a un nivel de insalubridad. Por irnos (asumiendo que perdíamos el dinero de las 2 noches) el dueño nos empezó a escribir por WhatsApp de manera amenazadora...

Budget friendly guesthouse

Pros:

Une arrivée très tôt (6h30) et un départ le lendemain (18h), vraiment merci pour la flexibilité sa nous à bien arrangé. L'hôte est très réactif sur WhatsApp c'est un vrai plus! Emplacement au top, belle vue sur les pyramides, bon p'tit dej, matelas très confort, eau chaude rien à dire, parfait! Nous sommes rester qu'une nuit parce que nous avons pas eu le choix mais je serais bien rester plus! Merci pour tout 🤝🏻

Pros:

テラスからの眺めは最高です。部屋のある階からさらに1つ登って屋上に行けばスフィンクスと3つのピラミッド全てを見ることができます。
朝食も量がたっぷりで毎回お腹いっぱいになりました。私はチェックインの日の朝11時ごろに到着したのですが、今日はラッキーだね！と特別に朝食を出してくださいました。また部屋にもすぐ入ることができました。
また、到着した時お湯を沸かす機械が壊れていてホットシャワーが使えなかったのですが、連絡するとすぐに業者を呼んで直してくださいました。
洗濯機も無料で使わせてもらえます。
色々なリクエストをして申し訳ないと思っていると、ファミリーなんだから気にしないで！とあたたかく迎えてくださって快適に過ごすことができました。

Pros:

For first sight i loved the room. Clean, nice smell, very quiet, despite very central location, also has air condition. There is paper in the room! The owner is very kind, as i came asked for water, than soon a very sweet boy arrived with 2 big bottle of waters😍 Shared bathroom, but also very clean and need to share only between 2 rooms (and i was alone). Very nice view, its a cute family owned place. I would recommend to anyone and come back myself as well, inshallah.
