Durante nuestra estancia en El Patio de Monterrey, nos impresionó gratamente la calidez y amabilidad del personal del restaurante, que sin duda es el punto fuerte del hotel. La atención es excepcional, haciendo que la experiencia sea muy acogedora. Además, el hotel cuenta con un ambiente rústico y encantador, tipo casona, que invita a la relajación y al disfrute de la naturaleza.

La ubicación es otra ventaja, pues se encuentra en una zona tranquila, lejos del bullicio del centro, lo que permite un descanso pleno. Los precios son razonables y la comida en el restaurante está a la altura, destacando especialmente las sopas, muy bien sazonadas. El desayuno incluido también es de buena calidad y se disfruta en un entorno agradable.

Cons:

Las habitaciones, aunque correctas, podrían ofrecer un nivel superior de confort para ser consideradas de categoría tres estrellas. No obstante, es una experiencia acogedora, rústica y con un trato humano excepcional.

Não gostei da forma de pagamento pois a taxa de câmbio que eles utilizam para converter o preço de dólares para soles peruanos é muito acima da taxa utilizada pelo booking. Com isso ao chegar no.hotel o valor que paguei foi muito acima do valor avaliado pelo booking.
