Hotel El Patio de Monterrey is one of the most spectacular places I have ever visited. The staff is incredible—they bring breakfast to your room, help you plan and organize your excursions, and the food is absolutely delicious. But what truly makes this place special is its people. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Estancia decepcionante. Esperaba más del servicio
Pros:

He estado tres noches en el hotel. El sitio es muy bonito. Lástima que la atención del personal del hotel no corresponda al lugar.

Cons:

No me gustó la atención del personal. Poco cálida y muy poco servicial. El hotel debe tener personal calificado para atender a los clientes de manera oportuna, amable y atenta, y no esperar que el cliente insista o repita sobre sus necesidades de atención cada vez

Bonito hotel, rústico pero precio muy elevado para la poca oferta de comodidad

Limpiaban la habitación a diario lo cual está muy bien!

Cons:

El precio que se pagó fue muy alto para lo que el hotel ofreció. El desayuno incluido era muy simple solo había opción a huevos. La tele malísima no tenía opciones a ver streaming, el wifi demasiado lento y no convenía estar lejos de la ciudad, el taxi salía S/10 mínimo ambos tramos. La habitación es rústica y limpia pero no amerita el precio. No lo recomiendo por ello.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente, porque esta de salida de Huaraz y te recogen ultimo para los tours y te dejan primero. El desayuno estuvo rico, la atención excelente. El hotel muy bonito, acogedor y te da calma, no hay ruido.

Cons:

Un día pareciera que no sacudieron la cama porque encontré mi pijama debajo del edredón ya tendido. El agua de la ducha salpicaba mucho afuera y mojaba el piso del baño. Detalles simplemente, en general todo bien.

Exelente estadia
Pros:

Desde el momento que llegamos nos recibieron con de manera muy cordial y nos guardaron el equipaje mientras nos fuimos de tour, cuando regresamos el equipaje ya estaba en la habitación, si bien el desayuno era básico, cumplía! El comedor tiene servicio a la habitación.
Un agradecimiento adicional es que teníamos que trabajar y nos proporcionaron un ambiente especial para poder trabajar sin ruido ni interrupciones

Pros:

El personal es amable y el lugar es acogedor, las habitaciones están bien equipadas y los jardines están muy bien cuidados. El Hotel es de rápido acceso (al lado de la carretera) para partir a los puntos turísticos sin demoras.

Un bonito sitio de descanso en medio de la belleza natural de Huaraz.
Pros:

Una combinación de excelente actitud del persona, siempre atentos a ayudar y es estilo del hotel (son como cabanas). Camas comidas y espacios muy agradables.

Cons:

No hay nada que pueda decir que no me gusto.

Hôtel très jolie et personnel très aimable et dévoué.
Pros:

Hotel très jolie. Le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel est très attentif et serviable.
L’endroit est calme.
Choix au petit déjeuner et dîner. Les soupes sont délicieuses.
Possibilité d’aller se balader dans la montagne mais attention ça monte!!!
