Pros:

The townhouse was lovely and had everything we needed, it was close to restaurants ECT

Cons:

This is on the flight path and a busy road so good if you don't mind noise

Ideal location in Nimman - walkable to everything - lovely room
Pros:

Location, room, and amenities are fantastic. Walking distance to just about everywhere you want to go in Nimman. VERY quiet at night too, with a great mattress for perfect sleep. I stay in the upstairs apartment as I love the vaulted ceilings.

Cons:

I stayed here in 2020 (just before Covid), and they served the most beautiful breakfasts (menu) which were included in the price. Now in 2024 they've changed to buffet style and it was a big disappointment compared to how delicious the breakfasts used to be.

Beautiful large boutique room in Chiang Mai near lovely Cafes and art markets
Pros:

Staff great, it was quite and comfortable. Great value for money as the room is HUGE and was easy to relax in after hot day exploring or doing my trail run.

a good choice for a trip to Chiang Mai
Pros:

nice and big room, well equipped. nice nearby area with a lot of restaurants and coffee shops

Cons:

breakfast (coffee, jam and voices could be improved). the northern style breakfast was good

great staff, location and breakfast
Pros:

staff was great. the townhouse was super cool and better than photos. the breakfast and coffee was the best we’ve had in months in Chiang Mai at different spots. bathroom was great too

Cons:

I don’t love nimman anymore. it’s just too crowded. not the properties fault and if you come to Chiang Mai you should stay here. wasn’t a huge fan of the pillows as they were pretty thick and hard but for many they would love them. the large tv would be great if they had Netflix.
