Not a 4-star hotel — at best a weak 3-star with a misleading description, old rooms, no elevator and no usable beach. Wo
Pros:

The food was tasty (though very monotonous — the same dishes repeated daily). The waiters were genuinely kind and attentive — the best part of our stay. When we reported the broken air conditioner, the staff came to fix it fairly quickly.

Cons:

Room: we were placed in a building with no elevator, although the hotel is advertised as having one. For 8 days we carried a stroller and our small child up and down the stairs from the ground to the second floor. The room was old: peeling paint on the walls, dirty windows in the room and corridors (looked unwashed for a year), an air conditioner with a filthy dusty grille that kept stopping, and a wooden ice-cream stick jammed into the card switch to force it to stay on — a clear safety violation.
Bathroom: sewage smell, and shower water kept coming back up through the floor drain in the middle of the bathroom. Rusty and dirty taps, a dirty toilet seat, a dirty bathtub, black mold and deteriorated sealant around the shower tray, a spider on the wall, and a bathroom door swollen from moisture at the bottom. The bathroom window was screwed shut with two screws (no hinges — the handyman said nothing could be done), and there was no extractor fan at all, so all the moisture spread into the room. I have photos of all of this.
Sea and beach: advertised as "first line" by the sea, but the shore next to the hotel is rocks and cliffs — you cannot swim there. We had to walk at least 15 minutes left or right to small private beaches and pay 15–20 euros per sunbed spot every day. There is no usable hotel beach, despite the description.
Children: the listing mentioned a kids' room and kids' animators. The kids' room was closed (in the basement), and there were no kids' animators by the pool. The one entertainer spent his time smoking hookah and staring at young women. The outdoor "playground" was old broken plastic houses and small slides that felt unsafe. No toys, no activities — our child was bored.
Cats: about five stray cats roamed the restaurant and terrace daily. They did not look healthy, and nobody warned us — worrying with a small child.

Not 4 Stars quality hotel. More like a 2 Stars.
Pros:

The staff were excellent

Cons:

Properly classed as 4 STAR but was no way near that.
Only one bar located at pool. Pay to use safe in a 4 Star hotel is unheard of. Towels were very old. Shower units were dirty. Water pressure very weak.
I complained and was put up in a slightly better room but hardly any difference. The showers were rusted and and dirty. Beds Mattresses were old and shrunk

Hôtel qui mérite une rénovation et beaucoup d’amélioration en cuisine
Pros:

Personnel très gentil et toujours prêt à vous aide malgré la barrière de la langue. L’animateur Milou le Filou toujours positif de bonne humeur et qui vous donne pleins de bon conseils pour le séjour. Personne très solaire et toujours joyeux et respectueux

Cons:

La pension toujours la même chose des viandes poissons et œufs trop cuits et desséchés ne prenez pas la pension complète c’est vraiment décevant.

REMBOURSEMENT !
Pros:

Le pays a été visité déjà une fois ce qui nous a attiré a venir encore une fois. Mais nous avons été déçus.

Cons:

La plage est inexistante, alors que sur l'annonce du site c'est écrit que elle se trouve a 250m de l'hôtel. Le peu de chaises longues qu'il y avait sur cette soit disons plage étaient cassées. Concernant le service, les boissons étaient servies dans des gobelets en plastique donc le service était 0 ainsi que le personnel était désagréable. Il y a eu une coupure de courant le 31 août, on a pas eu d'électricité durant toute la matinée (on a pas été averti de cette coupure de courant) ce qui nous a amené a ne pas avoir de déjeuner. Les chats nous ont encerclé tout au long du séjour même pendant qu'on mangeait ce qui me posait problème car je suis allergique a eux. Ce qui concernés nos toilettes ils n'étaient pas bien nettoyé donc je devais moi même les nettoyer, et pour la douche l'eau stagnait dans cette dernière. Lorsque nous avons avertis la réception de ce fait, rien n'a été fait a notre égard. Le couvercle des WC était dévisser. Il y avait une piscine comme indiqué sur l'annonce mais elle était trop profondément donc impossible pour moi de me détendre dans l'eau étant donné que a la "plage" on pouvait encore moins se reposer comme il n'y avait pas de transats. Sur 7 jours, 5 jours le menu principal était composé uniquement de poulet. La télévision fonctionnait mais elle avait aucune chaîne, de nouveau nous l'avons réclamé mais rien a été fait. On a du trop dépenser a d'autres plages pour profiter correctement de nos vacances ainsi que dans les restaurants.

Pros:

As refeições eram completas e variadas. Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e a piscina era limpa. A localização é muito boa, junto ao mar e com possibilidade de andar a pé numa rua muito bonita e calma junto ao mar com supermercados, restaurantes e cafés.

Cons:

Alguns móveis são antigos, as cortinas precisam de ser renovadas e, em geral, precisa de haver uma remodelação para modernizar um hotel que consta com 4 estrelas.

Sola una cosa da rivedere gli orari della colazione andrebbe anticipata all7.00 anziché alle 8.00,così si dà modo alle persone che vogliono fare escursioni di non saltare la colazione .
