A cozy hotel with excellent staff and great food. The all-inclusive package has a good variety of different alcoholic drinks and cocktails, as well as three meals throughout the day, each one having a great selection of well made dishes.
The animation program, especially the evening shows are also perfect for ending the day.
And lovely cats all around, asking to be petted and pampered! :)
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Ich würde mich zwar nicht als den typischen Pauschal-Touristen bezeichnen, aber wer abends bissl Stimmung am Pool, AI-Versorgung und die Massageliege auf der Wiese im Spa-Zelt mag kommt hier sicher auf seine günstigen Kosten. Und wer das nicht braucht, sucht sich halt was anderes. Dafür bieten die Insel und das nahegelegene Heraklion ja genug. Das Essen was völlig ok, von allem genug und abwechslungsreich vorhanden. Sterneküche sucht man hier vergebens, aber wer das braucht bucht sicher ein anderes Hotel. Was ich positiv bemerken möchte ist die Verwertungspolitik der Küche. Da hat sich manches übrig gebliebene aus den Auslagen vom Mittag z..B. abends in anderer Form wieder gefunden und muss so nicht verworfen werden. Das finde ich bei den dort verarbeiteten Mengen an Lebensmitteln echt lobenswert! Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufgeschlossen und serviceorientiert. Der Pool hat meinem Freund gefallen. Das Wasser war sauber. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war super, die Damen sehr aufmerksam! Das Hotel war sehr familienfreundlich.
Die Duscharmaturen sind überholungswürdig. Auch die Fensterdichtungen könnten Erneuerung gebrauchen.
Ich finde, es braucht auch nicht unbedingt jeden Abend Animation unterm Fenster am Pool... von den 6 Nächten hätte ich auch mal ein oder zwei ruhige Abende genossen. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Dafür haben sie dann zumeist gegen 23 Uhr Ruhe einkehren lassen.
Our stay at the hotel left a very positive impression. The environment was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The rooms were well-maintained and suitable both for rest and light work. We especially appreciated the friendly and welcoming staff, who contributed to a pleasant overall atmosphere.
There were quite a lot of French tourists, so the staff tended to communicate mostly in French, which may be less convenient for guests who do not speak the language. While the hotel is small and cozy, it is also fairly simple in terms of facilities. Additionally, the food selection could be more diverse and changed more frequently.
The bar staff and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing very helpful

Le personnel très sympa et on mange très très bien
Ce qui frappe le plus c'est la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel. Notamment au restaurant, mais c'est le cas des personnes de l'accueil également, des femmes de ménage, de l'équipe d'animation et des barmen.
Nous avons trouvé le restaurant super. Beaucoup de choix pour chaque repas, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Ils sont aux petits soins, notamment avec les enfants qui ont été très tristes de les quitter.
L'hôtel est très agréable. En avril il y a du monde sans être bondé. On peut se baigner tranquillement, avoir des transats, des hamacs...
Nous avons été mis en relation avec différents prestataires pour louer un van (pour 6) et pour des excursions c'est très pratique. Le départ des excursions se fait à 2 mn de l'hôtel.
Il y a bien une plage face à l'hôtel mais elle ne donne pas spécialement envie. Toute petite et pas nettoyée.
Remarque générale à la Crète : on vous demandera quasi systématiquement de payer par cash, même si on vous a dit que le règlement par CB est possible. Il y a beaucoup de distributeurs donc pas de soucis, sauf si comme moi votre banque croit détecter une fraude et vous bloque (j'ai voulu utiliser le retrait sans contact et apparemment c'est ce qui a bloqué ma CB).
Le personnel était très gentil et disponible.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.
Le buffet en tout inclus est très limité en choix et très répétitif.
Les plats proposés le soir sont revus et redistribués le lendemain sous une autre forme .
Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées.
Les salles de bains sont très vétustes . Pas de rideau ni de porte de douche, ceux qui fait que la salle de bain est inondée à chaque douche.
Pas de serrure non plus dans la salle de bain ceux qui est très limite pour l'intimité.
Les baies vitrées ne se ferment pas pour une chambre et l'autre dispose d'un loquet.
