The place is all about location! It is 5 mnts away from Phoenix Marketcity Mall in Whitefield. A great mall with all thecfamous brands - Indian and international. Otherwise, the hotel is located on top of a famous Veg restaurant. Strong smells from the kitchen reach the rooms. Personally, the bed linens were not changed before we got the room so I had to ask the staff to do it. It was done immediately without any protest. Also, we arrived really early, at 6 a.m. and they were nice enough to give us an early check in with additional Rs. 500 which reflected the actual additional hours of stay and not an extra full day.
The cleanliness of the room and the general maintenance of the bathroom ( leaking facet in the toilet). No toilet paper. Only one towel for 2 people.

Very basic things they don’t keep, No tissue paper, if u don’t ask , they won’t give u tower, or provide drinking water, tiny soap piece kept in bathroom, no hand towel, nothing else.

Breakfast was alright. Only one item was provided. That is not value for money spent
Small room size. Restaurant closes at 10pm. No tea/coffee available after 10pm. Infact nothing available after 10pm
