Pleasant stay with excellent staff and a great location, but there is room for improvement to fully meet 4-star expectat

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast at Crazy Forks Restaurant was very good, with fresh and tasty food, and we appreciated the 10% discount on food and drinks. The beachfront location and sea view were also excellent.

Prima di tutto la gentilezza di Besha e della ragazza alla reception, un grande grande grazie di cuore!
Poi la camera top! Spaziosa, letto comodissimo, vista mare, ambienti silenziosi.

Vacanza romantica e appagante

All'arrivo in hotel, abbiamo avuto una piacevole sorpresa: la nostra camera era stata preparata con un allestimento romantico, avendo saputo che stavamo festeggiando 40 anni di matrimonio. Sia tutte le receptionist che la collaboratrice Besia, sono state oltremodo gentili. La posizione è semplicemente fantastica: dal balcone si può ammirare sia l'alba che il tramonto sul mare. La colazione soddisfa ogni esigenza. Il ristorante convenzionato Crazy Forks e la spiaggia antistante sono un'ulteriore marcia in più di questo hotel. Davvero consigliato.

Cons:

Se devo fare un piccolo appunto, migliorerei la pressione dell'acqua nel bagno. Se non siamo i soli ad usarla, fare la doccia diventa un pò problematico.

Localização excelente, só atravessar a estrada para ir para a praia.
Funcionárias super prestáveis e simpáticas. Permitiram-nos fazer late check out, só tivemos de deixar uma quantia para a empregada de limpeza.

Cons:

Luxury suites é enganoso. As acomodações são modestas e o único luxo é mesmo a localização. O chuveiro funcionava mal e era difícil regular a temperatura. O autoclismo demorava mais de uma hora e encher e nesse tempo estava sempre a pingar. Os colchões eram desconfortáveis, bem como as almofadas.

A nossa estadia foi relaxante.
Pros:

Gostamos do acolhimento, da simpatia com que fomos recebidos, a equipa é toda muito simpatica;
Não ouvimos barulho nenhum de outros quartos, o que foi maravilhoso para descansar.
Tal como já referido anteriormente o nosso agradecimento especial foi para a colaboradora Besia, recebia nos sempre com um grande sorriso às 09h00 e ou às 22h00.
tem supermercados e restaurantes muito perto do hotel.

O que não apreciamos;
1-Não apreciamos de todo o facto do chuveiro alagar toda a casa de banho, achei muito pouco higiénico;
2-o Frigorifico do quarto faz demasiado barulho, torna-se incomodo durante a noite;
3-Achamos o peq almoço bastante limitado quanto às escolhas;
Uma sugestão dava jeito terem redes mosquiteiras nas janelas dos quartos.

Dopalo mi se kako je cisto, svaki dan se cistila soba i jako je bilo uredno. Kao i velika terasa koju smo imali sa pogledom na more. Smestaj je na samoj plazi. Ljubazno jako osoblje.

Jako slab internet u nasoj sobi. Takodje klima nije radila u dnevnoj sobi, daljinski je bio neisparan i polomljen. I tus je bio jako los za kupanje.

Perfetto - posizione ottima e super pulito.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta nel lungomare di Roda, praticamente fronte spiaggia. Colazione ottima a Crazy Fork con diverse opzioni tra cui scegliere, un po' orientata al pubblico inglese ma con opzioni dolci.

Ottima pulizia e cambio biancheria, stanze silenziose.

Cons:

Uno dei due letti era un po' scomodo - troppo "molle".
Portate un anti-zanzare, la sera dopo il tramonto è impossibile stare sul lungo mare senza. Sarebbe utile una disinfestazione.
