Cons:

La terrasse Est certains soirs privatisée et donc non accessible aux clients de l'hôtel hors cette terrasse est intéressante le soir avec vue sur le port , dommage pour les clients

Sicuramente la posizione, fantastica sul molo vicino alla spiaggia libera, raggiungibili a piedi sia Ortigia che il parco archeologico. Molto buono anche il ristorante, frequentato dai Siracusani, buon rapporto qualità prezzo bella location

La camera era in condizioni vergognose per un cosiddetto Boutique Hotel! Non mi interessa il lusso, ma almeno la pulizia è fondamentale...scarafaggio gigante in camera, ragni in bagno, piatto doccia con saliscendi arrugginito, tutto pieno di incrostazioni di anni, piastrelle con fughe nere, con un dito di sporcizia sopra...tende a dir poco luride, frigobar rumorosissimo buttato per terra vicino alla porta, e potrei continuare...una delusione assoluta. Anche la colazione tristissima, mancava persino il pane fresco, l'aranciata, solo i soliti dolcetti scongelati due tipi di salumi con un tipo di formaggio, tutto pessimo. Anche la sala colazione sporca. Peccato, potrebbe essere un posto molto carino.

Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar

Cons:

Straßenlärm; auf der einen Seite gingen die Fenster zum Innenhof, auf der anderen Seite jedoch zur Straße, wo praktisch die ganze Nacht über reger Verkehr herrschte; die Matratze war etwas weich, Parkmöglichkeiten ?? nur auf der Straße .. einmal 50 m ..aber ruhig auch 500 M je nach Situation

Si sta bene ma si potrebbe stare meglio!
Pros:

Hotel carino situato in una zona di Siracusa recentemente riqualificata. Camera molto spaziosa con letto comodissimo.

Cons:

Sicuramente i bagni necessitano di interventi di rinnovamento così come l’impianto di condizionamento. Sarebbe anche auspicabile che il personale di servizio sia maggiormente silenzioso durante le ore diurne. Colazione da migliorare.

Gulligt litet hotell med promenadavstånd till Ortigia.

Cons:

Förut har man kunnat parkera framför hotellet. Det kan man inte längre och det upplyses du inte förrän du inte avboka. Det borde stå tydligt och klart att det är gatuparkering i området som gäller. Det är väldigt ont om parkering i området.
