Nada que reclamar al hotel. Pero justo estaban repavimentando la calle del frente y no se podia acceder con el auto. Eso se deberia haber aclarado antes

Pros:

Hotel liegt in optimaler Lage direkt am Hafen. Die Ausstattung ist super und Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig. Tolles Frühstück und super freundliche und hilfsbereite Bedienung. Nur 10 Minuten außerhalb der Altstadt und somit ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigung. Parkplätze in der Nähe sind kostenfrei und zahlreich vorhanden. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Syrakus. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

La chambre côté rue et l’absence d’eau ou de verre dans la chambre et de fenêtre pour la vue.
Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas monter le pdj sur la terrasse magnifique en gros saison

das Zimmer war groß

Cons:

Personal war recht unfreundlich, als wir die Zimmer bekommen haben (Nr. 101 und 102, die nicht ma Erdgeschoss waren, man muss ein paar Treppen runter) hat es voll gemuffelt. Der Gestank von Schimmel, wie in einem feuchten Keller war unerträglich. Angeblich war das Hotel ausgebucht aber ein Zimmer konnten wir tauschen, wo es auch gestunken hat aber nicht so extrem. Personal war aber richtig arrogant. Zimmer hat keine Fenster, nur eins in der Tür. Decken haben auch geschimmelt und Bad war eine Katastrophe. In dem Bad gibt es ein Fenster, was ins Zimmer geht und man nicht öffnen kann. Es gibt keine Schränke und in einem Zimmer hatten wir auch Kakerlaken. Frühstück hätte ab 7:30 serviert werden, war aber erst um 8 Uhr fertig, was unsere Pläne verschoben hat. Ich würde es niemandem raten es zu buchen, falls ihr zumindest auf ein bisschen Standard gewöhnt seid.
