Il y avait des fausses représentation en disant que c'était à distance de marche de la foire de Canton. Hors c'était à 20 minutes de taxi..

Our room did not have a window but stil was very fresh

Personally as a westerner the breakfast was not to my taste. Unfortunately there was nothing I could eat. Mostly chinese food but even the "western" offerings were not very familiar or appealing. I paid for breakfast but did not eat anything at all. Next time I would find breakfast elsewhere.

Also, there was a cockroach in my room.

room space is not enough

We paid 30% of the stay. Booking doesn’t know. Accommodation doesn’t know where did the money go. No rooms were ipin our arrival. Customer services dodbt reply to my request to return the payment.
I replied to the hotel request about our arrival time. Booking was cancelled 30% prepayment wasn’t returned! Awful service

Il est arrivé quelque chose durant mon séjour une personne s’est servis des toilettes ( une femme de ménage, je pense j’ai prévenu l’hôtel qui m’a dit regardez les caméras sans retour) c’est inadmissible.
Outre ce détail très particulier, l’hôtel est bien placé et correcte
Je tiens quand même à dire Joye fait du très bon travail.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that the manager blocked my card just because I hadn’t yet paid for the last night, even though I had stayed for more than 15 nights at the hotel. I had only stepped out briefly, and my luggage was still in the room.

There was also an issue with the internet connection and a strong smell of cigarettes in the first room I occupied.

I truly appreciated the kindness of the receptionists and the housekeeping staff, as well as the help the manager provided when I was stuck at a restaurant without cash — she kindly paid for me, and I reimbursed her afterward.

However, the hotel should pay more attention to the cigarette smell, the internet connection, and also provide access to foreign TV channels. It’s important for international guests to be able to follow world news — all the current channels are in Chinese, so it would be better to make other international channels available.

Das Zimmer hat komplett nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen extrem unangenehm. Das Personal hat mich 3 Stunden aufgehalten um dann mir zu bestätigen, dass das Zimmer extrem riecht. Nach 3 Stunden hat man mir gesagt ich kann dort übernachten die haben kein anderes Zimmer die kann’s auch nicht stornieren. Ich hatte keine Lust auf Diskussionen mehr. Ich bin um 10:00 Uhr nachts einfach gegangen und hab mir ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

Das Zimmer hat nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Ich habe dem Personal darauf auf Ermäßigung gemacht. Es hat 3 Stunden gedauert, bis sie das geprüft haben. 3 Stunden meiner Zeit wurde vergeudet. Ich hab kein neues Zimmer bekommen. Man sagte mir ich soll dieses Zimmer nehmen. Es war mir zu blöd. Ich hab mir einfach ein neues Hotel gebucht und bin nachts um 22:00 Uhr wieder raus. Meine Tasche hat in Zimmer gestanden, weshalb ihr mir trotzdem das Zimmer berechnet hatten. eine Unverschämtheit.

If anything, the location might be an issue. There didn’t seem to be any Restuarants that close to the hotel. Though there was a convenience store around the corner if you walk out and turn to the right.
Wifi was also weird in the room - but maybe that was me and the way that I logged in to it.
On one occasion a staff member, used the toilet at the Restuarant to have a smoke, but I think that is actually more the culture in China than anything bad on the staff or hotel.
