Pros:

Good location just a 2–3 minute walk from the Längenfeldgasse U4/U6 metro station, making it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. The hotel is large, with a spacious lobby that's perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with housekeeping provided every two days. A nice bonus was the lobby bar and the many TVs throughout the common areas, we enjoyed watching the football matches with a beer in hand. Overall, a good but not great choice for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Breakfast could definitely be improved, as it doesn't match what you would expect from a four-star hotel in Vienna. The selection was exactly the same every morning, with limited variety. Surprisingly, this was the first hotel I've stayed at that didn't offer either scrambled or fried eggs for breakfast :). The fresh waffles were a nice touch and probably the highlight of the breakfast. The staff were generally polite, but at times they seemed a bit disorganized.

Mimo kilku minusów pobyt oceniam pozytywnie.
Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Pokój był wyjątkowo czysty, zadbany i komfortowo urządzony. Duże, wygodne łóżko zapewniało bardzo dobry wypoczynek, a zasłony skutecznie zaciemniały wnętrze, co sprzyjało spokojnemu snu. Dodatkowymi atutami były duży telewizor oraz przestronna i wygodna kabina prysznicowa.

Śniadania były smaczne, świeże i urozmaicone, dzięki czemu można było dobrze rozpocząć dzień. Dużą zaletą hotelu jest również jego lokalizacja. W pobliżu znajdowała się stacja metra, co umożliwiało szybkie i wygodne poruszanie się po mieście. Niedaleko dostępne były także podstawowe sklepy spożywcze oraz drogeria, co okazało się bardzo praktyczne podczas pobytu.

Ogólne wrażenia z pobytu są bardzo dobre. Hotel zapewnia wysoki poziom czystości, komfortowe warunki oraz dogodny dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej i niezbędnej infrastruktury. Pojawiło się jednak również kilka minusów, które opisuję poniżej.

Cons:

Warto jednak wspomnieć o kilku minusach. W pokoju zabrakło niewielkiej lodówki, która byłaby bardzo przydatna, szczególnie latem. Po całym dniu spędzonym w upale możliwość schłodzenia napoju i odpoczynku przy telewizji byłaby niewątpliwie dużym udogodnieniem.

Woda pod prysznicem była ciepła, jednak nie osiągała temperatury, którą preferują osoby lubiące naprawdę gorące kąpiele. Nie był to poważny problem, ale dla części gości może mieć znaczenie.

Największym minusem okazał się jednak parking. Jego cena jest bardzo wysoka, a jednocześnie nie ma możliwości wcześniejszego zarezerwowania miejsca. Co więcej, informację o tym, że dostępność miejsca w garażu nie jest gwarantowana, uzyskałem dopiero po skierowaniu bezpośredniego zapytania do hotelu. Moim zdaniem tak istotna kwestia powinna być jasno przedstawiona już na etapie rezerwacji.
Rozumiem, że brak możliwości rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego jest dość częstą praktyką, jednak przy tak wysokiej opłacie należałoby oczekiwać większej pewności. Parkowanie w Wiedniu jest wyjątkowo trudne, dlatego sytuacja, w której po długiej i męczącej podróży okazuje się, że w hotelowym garażu nie ma wolnego miejsca, może być bardzo problematyczna. Konieczność szukania parkingu w innej części miasta, na przykład na odległym parkingu P+R, a następnie powrotu do hotelu komunikacją miejską z bagażem, znacząco obniża komfort przyjazdu.
