Blife Castelya private rooms

I arrived sooner than initially expected and I asked if I could enter before the check-in time but no response was given, so I had to wait and that is okay.
But while I was waiting outside I have to called them like 3 times because I hadn’t received the check-in instructions so I was dealing with 34°, with all my personal belongings and have to wait 1 hour more than the initial check-in time. The reason? My room wasn’t clean, so when I arrived I have to wait until the cleaning department finished their duty.
Due to that, when I entered the room the blanket and floor of course were wet and NOT a single “sorry for the inconvenience” was said.
You dont have privacy because you have a window that points to the kitchen and terrace and you dont have NOTHING to cover.
I had ants in my room and there were cockroaches in the bathroom! Very, very disgusting.
In addition the last day in the second floor I suppose they were building a hotel or something because the noise doesn’t allowed me to sleep.
This is crazy but , due to the humidity of the room the sensors of my iPhone COLLAPSED, I will add an image.
In conclusion, I would never recommend this apartment, it has been the worst experience ever.

Zamek w łazience nie działał- był wyłamany. Zero klimatyzacji, a pokój nagrzewał się do piekielnej temperatury. Żadnej klimatyzacji tylko bardzo głośne trzy wiatraki, które musiały działać cały czas. W nocy obudził nas albo alarm albo ptak- nie wiemy. Pisaliśmy do właścicieli. Bez konkretnej odpowiedzi, czy pomocy. Zostałam olana. Z rana mrówki zjadły nam pozostawione w kuchni w opakowaniu pieczywo oraz dwa razy skradziono nam jedzenie z lodówki. Widziałyśmy także karalucha w łazience oraz kuchni.

Todo estaba súper sucio, toda la casa olía mal, la cocina un desastre, habían hormigas y platos sucios que duraron más de un día por lo que no hacen limpieza diaria, mi habitación del primer piso con vista al patio no tenía cortina así que nos veían todos, el personal de limpieza no respeta el descanso de las personas, haciendo bastante ruido y gritando constantemente, el colchón incómodisimo se sentían todos los resortes, el checkin supuestamente a las 15 y entramos una hora después porque no habían terminado de limpiar y el día del check out que es a las 11 desde las 10:30 ya querían entrar a la habitación.

The room was incredibly smelly, smelled heavily like closed enviroment, since is a ground floor that face directly into the street the window cannot kept open otherwise there the risk of people getting in and very loud noice of cars and buses passing by.
Furthermore the room was incredibly warm and the owners now since there are two fans on the night stands (of which one didn’t work.
The door code do not always work for opening the front door.
They also didn’t allow us to leave the luggages for 3 hours inside the place even though the check in is at 15:00.

Espacio muy pequeño, instalaciones viejas y no muy limpio, se caian las mesas y el radiador de la habitacion

Bagno troppo piccolo e camera davvero minuscola.

Estaba sucio y dejado, no tenía buen mantenimiento, además la habitación era súper calurosa y no contaba con aire acondicionado

Era veramente sporco, sono allergica alla polvere e sono stata male per la troppa polvere che c’era.
La stanza era piena di muffa.

La struttura avrebbe delle ottime potenzialità, ma l’ambiente è un po’ trascurato: nella stanza il soffitto ha infiltrazioni d’acqua, odore di muffa, il letto in realtà è un divano letto; presenza di formiche un po’ ovunque.

Propriedade em reforma, tinha baratas no quarto e na rua ratos, por ser uma Propriedade em reforma a mesma não deveria estar liberada pelo booking para locar, quarto muito quente e não podíamos abrir a janela por causa da reforma.

Tenía un ventilador pero hacía mucho calor. Nos encontramos una cucaracha viva entre los platos de la cocina y otra en el suelo del cuarto de baño.

Niestety w pokoju było dość gorąco, był wiatrak, ale trzeba liczyć się z hałasem, gdy jest włączony, na ścianach w pokoju było widać ślady wilgoci, zasłona w łazience była zapleśniała. Ogólnie czystość obiektu jest wprost proporcjonalna do ceny;)
