We were in apartment B5 and our feelings are pretty mixed. What we liked was that the bed is really comfortable and we slept well. The location is perfect. The staff looked and were pretty polite.
As I said, we were in room B5. We had a “courtyard view.” The building is built around a central open space where you have an open walkway in order to get to your room. The view is basically the inside of the building, just looking at the windows of other people’s rooms/apartments. That wouldn’t be a problem if the walkway wasn’t situated outside, where you can glimpse into people’s rooms while walking by. On one side of the courtyard there’s a neighboring building wall where they have a restaurant, and the ventilation from it is pointed directly at the courtyard. They start cooking at around 9:30 - 10 in the morning. Some of the smell would get into the room because the front door is just a regular door with no noise or smell insulation. The same goes for the window - old, single pane, small, with very little natural light coming through it.
Which brings me to my next issue: security. You just need one kick to bring down both the door and the window and you are in the room. THE ROOM DOES NOT HAVE AN AC UNIT. THE ROOM DOES NOT HAVE AN AC UNIT. It would get really stuffy at night, so we had to sleep with the window cracked open, which brings me back to the previous security issue. There is a real possibility of someone getting in, as the walkway is right outside the room. There is no safe either, so if you have valuables you have to keep them on your person at all times.
The bed is really comfortable, but you have around 20 cm of space between it and the walls on both sides, even less on one side. I don’t know how the other rooms are, but seeing how the building is constructed, I would assume that only a maximum of 6 rooms are worth staying in, because they would point to the street and would have more privacy and the rest are situated on the inside of the building.
The room is okay, but for the amount of money they charged us we could have gotten a far better room in a hotel a few buildings down the street.

Appartamento piccolo ma pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per breve e piacevole soggiorno.
Nota importante: appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato non è adatto a passeggini e persone con ridotta mobilità: si raggiunge solo con scala. Inoltre, via Nerudova è in salita (è la strada che porta al castello)

Apartman ,stubište, ulazna vrata koja zapinju, prozori isto su u jako lošem stanju!parket izgreban cili, tus užas- nemoguce namjestit temperaturu vode, pogled na ruševni zid crn od gljivica sa sve tri strane!U svakom slučaju sveukupni dojam je jako loš i slike na inrenetu ne pokazuju stvarno stanje apartmana! I nebi ga nikome preporučila!!
L'appartamento in cui ho alloggiato era ampio e ben arredato. La struttura si trova nella Città vecchia vicino al Castello, ottimo per chi cerca tranquillità. A meno di dieci minuti a piedi è presente la fermata del tram. Infine ho apprezzato la presenza di alcuni flaconcini di doccia shampoo per ospiti, che non è sempre scontato trovare quando si alloggia in appartamenti.
We loved the location and the way the apartment was set up. The old wooden beams certainly add the character to the place! It was clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. The staff was responsive and polite. Would definitely stay here again!

Die Lage mitten in der Ausgehstraße der Kleinseite war wunderbar und trotz Geschäftigkeit ruhig. Großes helles Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und dem großen gemütlichen Doppelbett im Wohn-Esszimmer.
Kein Backofen oder Toaster, um Frühstück zuzubereiten. Aber man hätte im Erdgeschoss im Restaurant frühstücken können.
Ne-a plăcut mult locația, este liniste in zona, camera foarte curata și personalul amabil. Este situat în cartierul Mala Strana, se ajunge ușor la toate obiectivele.
