Excellent location, stunning views from the room and restaurant, clean spacious room, good food.
Pros:

Located near the TV tower and also a few hundred meters from the Mall Road, Sumitel Vista offers stunning views from most of the rooms and from the restaurant. The hotel also has a deck on the top floor which offers a 360 degree view of the surroundings. The room was spacious, clean and had all the basic amenities required. The food at the restaurant was very good and they catered to our needs, specially our kids enjoyed the food. The staff was very courteous and always had a smile during our chats. The wifi was also excellent. One can also ask the hotel reception to book cars for sightseeing at a decent price. We did that and were satisfied with the performance. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Cons:

If I may suggest a couple of things for improvement : It would be nice to have a few more fixtures in the bathroom so that one can keep the toiletries properly even though the hotel provided us with their toiletries. The restaurant may think of having a few more local dishes in the menu.

Very poor quality hotel highly over rated by booking.com
Pros:

First of all, as soon as I arrived ,the staff said room booked by you is very small...2 people cannot stay, would you want an upgrade - when I saw the room, it was very very small...no place to even keep luggage
I was offered a higher variant room at extra cost...had to pay extra for heater and more importantly basic requirements in a room were not offered...everything including towels had to be told...
Next day morning I spent close to 1 hour getting the flush to work including the team

Was this the reason that you kept room amount non refundable??

Good property...budget friendly..but the incline towards the hotel from the market is steep.
Pros:

Mostly everything. It was value for money. Very congenial staff. Some minor repairs in the bathroom are needed.
