Pros:

Modern, clean hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows.
I stayed for one night as I had an early flight from Bangalore airport. I didn't use the hotel restaurant but there are a number of restaurants near by. As a female solo traveller I was happy with this choice.

Modern, clean and good location.
Pros:

Modern and clean rooms, located close to airport. Hotel taxis are electric cars. The breakfast was nice classic South Indian.

Absolut zufriedenstellend!
Pros:

Das Gesamtpaket war einfach stimmig! Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer mit allem Komfort, eine gute Matratze, ein Frühstück wo für jeden etwas dabei war. Und das wichtigste: es war sehr ruhig, obwohl nebenan noch gebaut wurde, aber das hat nicht gestört.

Cons:

Naja, für die Bauvorschriften der indischen Regierung kann das Hotel ja nichts. Aber es ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut und einen Meter weiter schon das nächste Haus steht.

The location, room and service was perfect for a rest before catching our early morning flight. Great staff too!
Pros:

The location was perfect for our last night in Bengaluru before catching an early morning flight. The bed was one of the most comfortable that we experienced during our three weeks in India! The transfer service that the hotel offered as a package was excellent, very well organised. All of the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful, even making us an early morning packed breakfast for our early departure.

location good as it was near the airport which was why I booked it. It was clean. The staff were all very helpful, the taxi driver who took us to the airport was good. It all worked well.'

Excellent place but putting profit before customer satisfaction and therefore, reputation is a slippery slope!
Pros:

The very modern building, along with its fixtures and fittings are in exceptional condition. There is a restaurant on site that serves very reasonably priced food, throughout the whole day.

Cons:

I have travelled a lot in my life and even more recently. This is the FIRST hotel ever that would not give me an early check in (overnight train) unless I paid them half a days rate for the 6 hours early that I got there. I was so TIRED that I paid and low-and-behold, my room was ready 5 minutes later. In a country that preaches Karma, it really upset me so in the interest of returning karma, I leave you with the final picture - the view from my room
