Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία ,προσεγμένο στη λεπτομέρεια ξενοδοχείο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο .Πάρα πολύ καλή ιδιωτική παραλία για μπάνιο απάνεμη και τέλεια οργανωμένη!Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό .

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει κάπου στην βεράντα κάτι για να μπορείς να απλώσεις τα μαγιό .Επισης υπάρχει μικρό πρόβλημα με τους αποθηκευτικούς χώρους στο δωμάτιο που δεν είναι επαρκείς .

Superb!
Pros:

Am amazing breakfast buffet, with plenty of a la carte options.

Cons:

We didn't fully take advantage of the spa or gym, but we used the time to really relax and the staff were excellent.

Cons:

Since it was the begining of the season the yoga classes were only teice a week. Now that I see it on social media the fitness classes have variety. I wish they implemented the same offers as of June.

Stunning hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Beautiful location, stunning luxury hotel. Gorgeous rooms, pool and beach.

Cons:

We had a couple of sandwiches lunches and an evening room service meal and the food was consistently poor. Especially for a 5 star hotel.

Needs some improvement
Pros:

Beautiful property. Rooms and balconies all feel very private. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful beach and lovely pool ( very few chairs however to sit at pool- plenty at beach). Good variety buffet breakfast. Close to Tinos town for restaurants and to get to the ferry.

Cons:

I spoke to a few different guests about this and everyone was appalled at the Club Sandwich being served at the beach bar. It is essentially SPAM instead of any recognisable form of chicken which is absolutely appalling for a hotel of this level. Other than the buffet at breakfast the food in general that we had for dinner was actually awful and I’m not sure why this is but I do think it needs to be addressed. We also did not have any sort of information provided at check-in were simply directed to the beach as we were early with no offer of a welcome drink, advice on how to use the indoor pool or really any other sort of general information. Also it’s worth noting for couples looking for a quiet stay- there is a LOT of young children that come with their families from Athens Friday , Saturday and Sunday so you might want to look into booking this during weekday and not a weekend if you’re looking for quiet as you will absolutely not have any peace at the beach. Also the AC seemed to keep turning off on its own throughout the night which made our sleep quite broken while we addressed it.

A beautiful hotel with spectacular views, but disappointing communication and a room that wasn't sui
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully designed and enjoys stunning views across the Aegean. The room itself was stylish, spacious and well presented, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were always polite and friendly, and the atmosphere around the property felt very luxurious.

The staff who interacted with our daughter were absolutely wonderful. They completely doted on her and made her feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The beach staff, in particular, were exceptional. Their warmth and kindness towards her became one of the highlights of our holiday, and it's something we'll remember very fondly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was let down by several significant issues.

Our room was only accessible via an external flight of stairs, despite booking a room category described as having accessible rooms. Travelling with a toddler and a pram made this extremely inconvenient.

I appreciate that Tinos is famous for the Meltemi winds, so I wasn't expecting calm conditions. The problem wasn't the weather itself but the design of the hotel. Our upper-floor room had its entrance door facing directly into the prevailing wind, with no corridor or windbreak. That meant every gust hit the door full force, making it difficult to open and close, creating constant noise overnight, and even causing the door to blow open unexpectedly. It felt like a design flaw rather than simply bad weather.

The pool area was also too exposed for the parasols to be used, leaving almost no shade during the day.

Service at the bar was also disappointing. On one occasion I sat with an empty glass for around 30 minutes, trying to catch someone's attention. Nobody looked over to make eye contact, let alone came over to ask whether I'd like another drink. It felt out of keeping with the otherwise high standard of the hotel.

What disappointed us most, however, was how these issues were handled. We were told the hotel would see whether we could be moved and that we could discuss an upgrade if another room became available, but nobody came back to us. When we followed up, we were told no rooms had ever been available, despite a suitable room appearing on the hotel's own website at the time and subsequently being occupied by another guest. That left us feeling that our concerns hadn't been taken seriously.

Pros:

Localisation spectaculaire. Plage privatisée pour un hôtel de 77 chambres. Le design est extraordinaire et la vue splendide. Le personnel est très gentil et répond à toutes questions.le petit déjeuner est très bien! Il s’agit d’un vrai 5 étoiles qu’on a pu profiter en période low season. Le massage et le service de wellness a été très professionnel. A 14 minutes de la ville principale de Tinos, ce hotel semble un petit paradis

Cons:

C’est difficile à trouver des points négatives mais je vais signaler simplement la manque de linges pour aller à une plage en dehors de l’hôtel (à la plage de l’hôtel il y a des linges). La musique(p.ex à la plage) se répète très souvent. Il y avait pas de possibilité de prendre une douche après le check out dans le spa, mais seulement dans la douche de la plage. Cet île est connu d’avoir beaucoup de vent, donc je recommande des bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit toller Bucht.
Pros:

Wunderbare Bucht,sehr schöner Poolbereich,ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Die Organisation/Absprache beim Servicepersonal ist noch ausbaufähig. Teilweise wartet man zu lange,bis Teller abgeräumt werden oder Wasser nachgefüllt wird (was man leider nicht selbst machen kann und keinen Überblick hat,wo sich die eigene Flasche befindet).

Perfect for relaxing
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be coming back. The Jeep Experience was incredible, taking us to places we simply wouldn’t have reached, even with a rental car. Our driver was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout the tour. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, and the architecture is truly spectacular. Overall, I would give it a 10/10, an unforgettable experience.

Een oase van rust met prachtige architectuur
Pros:

We hadden een geweldig verblijf in Odera op Tinos. Tinos is een prachtig eiland en de ligging van het hotel is werkelijk uitstekend. De architectuur is indrukwekkend en perfect geïntegreerd in de omgeving. De kamers zijn stijlvol, comfortabel en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Ook het ontbijt is van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit, met een ruime keuze aan heerlijke producten.
Kortom, het was een fantastische ervaring en we kijken er nu al naar uit om terug te keren.

Cons:

Het enige wat we niet hadden verwacht, was het grote aantal kinderen tijdens het verlengde weekend van Pinksteren. Uiteindelijk viel dat echter goed mee. Na het weekend verbleven er voornamelijk volwassenen in het hotel, wat voor ons nog beter aansloot bij de rustige en verfijnde sfeer die het hotel uitstraalt.
