La distanza dal centro abitato, la disponibilità dello staff, la posizione rispetto alle lingue di sabbia che si creano.. eravamo praticamente da soli a camminare in un paradiso!

Stayed at Oasis blu Resort for four nights in mid February and absolutly loved it. The property is really beautiful and well kept. We stayed in room 105, a great room that was nicely cleaned and spacious. Lovely pool and sun loungers. We mainly spend our time by the big pool with good vibes and amazing views over the private sandbank. The pictures does not make it justice. The ocean and sandbank is absolute heaven. We could spend all day in the sea, low tide as well as high tide.
The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful.
The breakfast was good, different fruits, breads, small offer of cheese, a chef cooking eggs, pancakes, juices etc. The staff made gluten free bread and pancakes to my partner which we really appreciated and it was very good!
We took a taxi to Kendwa beach one afternoon and could not wait to go back to the hotel and its calmness. Absolutly loved it!
We had half board so we ate all our dinners at the hotel. The menu is large with many options but for us as pescetarians and my partner also gluten intolerant the menu became quit small and after four nights we were a bit tired of the food.
- in general the food in Zanzibar is not very good. We ate at several different places during our time in Paje and every hotel/restaurant is trying to do the western food of pizza, pasta etc but the local food is so much better. The food at Oasis Blu is okay but not more than that. Unfortunatly the grilled fish was over cooked and the dishes tasted the same with the same sauces. But even though the food could have been better we absolutly love Oasis Blu and can’t recommend it enough.

There is not much around, you have to take a taxi for shopping and restaurants. The road to the hotel is free African massage..
Absolument tout était époustouflant : l’hôtel , la propreté de la chambre , le personnel , la vue, la piscine privée, le restaurant … L’hôtel a un personnel de qualité qui a été très attentionné et très accueillant avec moi. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés . J’y ai passé le meilleur séjour de ma vie (à tel point que j’étais triste de devoir partir). Asante merci encore !
Parfois il y avait de courtes pannes d’électricité, mais qui ne duraient jamais longtemps.
Die Aussicht auf das Meer direkt vom Zimmer aus war beeindruckend und wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch und sehr lecker. Auch der Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen – es gab immer genügend Liegen, und der direkte Zugang zum Strand war einmalig. Besonders angenehm war, dass es keine Beach-Boys gab, sodass man hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen kann. Das Personal im Restaurant war zudem sehr freundlich.
Man merkt, dass die Unterkunft nicht besonders hochwertig gebaut wurde. Dadurch gibt es einige Baustellen und vieles wirkt bereits kaputt oder stark abgenutzt. Außerdem waren mehrere Käfer im Zimmer, die zum Glück schnell beseitigt wurden. Insgesamt finde ich, dass der Preis dafür nicht gerechtfertigt und deutlich zu hoch ist. Wir haben außerdem eine Tour über Sinbad gebucht, die im Hotel zusätzlich angeboten wird. Dabei gab es eine etwas merkwürdige Situation: Wir haben einen günstigeren Preis bekommen, sollten dem Hotel darüber aber nichts sagen. Das fanden wir ziemlich seltsam. Tour war aber trotzdem sehr schön. Das Abendessen war unterschiedlich – an manchen Abenden wirklich sehr gut, an anderen wiederum nur okay.

Fantasztikus elhelyezkedés, extra kedves személyzet. Kényelmes, tiszta szoba és saját medence. Nyugodt, csendes, pihenésre tökéletes.
Két hét alatt nem változott a menü. Végig ettük 😁😁

The food was not great. We only had a couple of meals there so it’s hard to judge but the meals we had was below average.
Saying that it would not stop us returning back to the hotel as everything else was outstanding. If they could improve their food this hotel really would be 5 stars for me.

Struttura bellissima, staff attento e sempre col sorriso. Il luogo è veramente una perla con la sua lingua di sabbia è uno spettacolo della natura. Ci siamo sentiti veramente bene e coccolati! Merita tanto, torneremo sicuramente!

Court séjour absolument fabuleux au Oasis Blu Beach Resort. La suite était exceptionnelle, offrant une vue incroyable sur la plage. La plage est très calme, préservée de la foule et moins de vendeurs ambulants. On peut y profiter de magnifiques bancs de sable naturels, un vrai décor de carte postale.Un immense merci au personnel pour son extrême gentillesse et ses nombreuses attentions très touchantes, la présence des Masaï qui assurent une sécurité 24h/24 avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Côté cuisine, la nourriture était excellente et généreuse (attention, les spécialités du chef indien sont extrêmement épicé !). Au vu de la qualité de notre suite et des prestations, cet hôtel mériterai amplement 5 étoiles. Une expérience inoubliable.
L'hôtel est un peu excentré, il y a donc peu de commerces ou d'animations immédiatement accessibles à pied. Je vous conseille de prendre un Tuk-tuk (environ 5 €) pour rejoindre rapidement le centre de Nungwi.
