My stay at Al Dora Hotel in Hurghada was extremely disappointing. I stayed there for a week with my children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what was advertised online.
The bed sheets were dirty, and one of the pillows was torn. Room cleaning was not done daily, and every single day we had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper, hand soap, and housekeeping service.
The hotel is falsely advertised as a “resort.” It is not a resort at all — it is just a very basic hotel, below average in my opinion. There is no direct beach access from inside the property. I had to leave the hotel and walk outside in the street with my children just to reach a beach belonging to another hotel.
The pictures online are extremely misleading and do not represent reality. We were never offered different room options or informed whether the room had a pool view or not. Our room windows were facing another building, completely different from the beautiful views shown on Booking.
Another misleading point: the hotel is listed as “All Inclusive,” yet drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. For approximately $151 per night, this was absolutely unacceptable.
Customer service was very poor. I complained to the manager, Mohamed Bassiouny, about the dirty rooms and the lights being turned off around the pool area, but his response was dismissive, as if he had no idea what was happening in his own hotel. There was no follow-up, no care, and no effort to resolve anything.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Hurghada. Everything advertised online felt misleading, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No i didn't stay just after i arrived & they confirmed by message by 2 hours we are ok but when i arrived from 6 hours driving they said no space
The staff were exceptional and always helpful. The breakfast was acceptable and offered a good variety of options. We also appreciated the drinks served by the pool and the convenience of having a supermarket inside the resort.
Unfortunately, the lunch and dinner food were very disappointing. The menu was almost the same every day, with only minor variations, which became repetitive after a short time. The beach was very small and covered with stones, making it less enjoyable than expected. The bed was also quite uncomfortable.
Another downside was that the swimming pool closes at 6:00 PM, which feels too early for guests who want to relax in the evening. Additionally, access to the jacuzzi and sauna requires an extra fee, which was disappointing considering the overall resort experience.
When we booked the property, airport transfer was advertised as free. However, after contacting the property, we were informed that there was an additional charge of €20 for the transfer. This was disappointing, especially considering that we took a taxi on our own from the airport and paid less than €2 for the same journey.
Amazing place well kept and clean the staff from the bar to the restaurant really nice and helpfull many thanks to marco and the girls from the spa and as well many thanks to the manager Mohamed bassiouny do not esitate to book this place

Le matelas le matelas me faisait mal le dos c'est tout quoi et la nourriture tous les jours la même chose mais aussi non c'est bon
People are so friendly and helpful and the food was great
It is more into chilling rather than entertaining and fun so I would recommend it to anyone need to chill

My stay was truly beyond my expectations. The property stands out for its welcoming atmosphere and a service style that puts the guest at the center of everything. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience feel personal and truly pleasant.
The common areas and pools are well-maintained, offering an ideal space for total relaxation. It is the perfect choice for anyone looking for great value without sacrificing hospitality or a well-cared-for environment. I would certainly return with great pleasure.
