Pros:

The staff were so helpful and supportive

Cons:

It’s not exactly like the descriptions on booking, on booking they write there is hotel beach that was the main reason for me to book but their is not u should walk to a share beach with other hotel to go there the beach it’s self not good for swimming that was sooooo disappointing , I am very disappointed also with my experience at this place,The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me as a customer.His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, and it made me feel unwelcome.

Because of this experience with him ,I will not be returning to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. This is especially unfortunate because the staff, particularly the reception team, were professional, friendly, and provided excellent service.

Sadly, the owner’s attitude completely ruined the positive impression that the reception staff had created and overshadowed all the good aspects of my visit.

Pros:

As a couple, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean every single area was. The swimming pools are crystal clear and the beach access is just perfect for relaxing. A massive shoutout to the helpful team who were incredibly friendly and professional throughout. The facilities are topclass and wel maintained We couldn't have asked for a better holiday
