La playa y el lugar , precioso
Falta un poco mantencion a las habitaciones y baños, no hay closet.

The beach is very beautiful and location is great. It’s one of the rare hotel having such a beautiful and quite big beach, and it even has two beaches !
The value for money is very poor. Room la are way too expansive compared to how the room is, there is only basic bathroom and basic bed which not really comfortable. Sun-beds are not cleaned everyday and are full of sand which is not a problem but I expected a higher standard for such a room price.

Situato in una baia con spiaggia bianchissima e mare caraibico bellissimo. Lettini a disposizione e personale gentile.

Non ci sono state date indicazioni sul cambio asciugamani e lenzuola e, di fatto, sono state cambiate su richiesta una sola volta (anche la carta igienica abbiamo dovuto richiederla esplicitamente).
Alle 20:30 non è stato possibile cenare in quanto ci è stato detto che la cucina era chiusa nonostante molti tavoli fossero pieni e stessero consumando la cena.
Ogni giorno ci siamo ritrovati sul conto cose aggiuntive che non avevamo mai ordinato ed è avvenuta ogni volta una discussione per rettificare il conto (poco onesto e, secondo noi, non casuale).
Rapporto qualità prezzo scarso, il costo non è giustificato dai servizi offerti.

El trato de la chica de recepción, Milena, fue genial, estuvo muy atenta durante toda nuestra estancia y nos ayudó mucho a la hora de buscar alguna solución para nuestra vuelta temprana en otra lancha. El otro chico de recepción también estuvo muy atento y servicial el día que hubo una tormenta. Estuvimos muy tranquilos durante nuestra estancia y en general todo el personal fue muy amable
Lo único que pondríamos a mejorar fueron las goteras de la habitación el día que hubo tormenta.
Toda la gente nos trató muy amable y atentamente.
La lancha de regreso va a contracorriente y sin duda eso significa que va a estar movido, pero los capitanes de la lancha de regreso (la del hotel) de verdad que iban demasiado rápido.
Sufficient beach beds, dinner tables with ocean view
No swimming pool, rooms were ok but very basic for the price. There was a pool table where all the balls rolled to the middle, the surroundings of the property lots of garbidge .
Lovely staff at reception and Pablo at the restaurant!
The property was very quiet and there were a lot of activities on offer aside from the beach. The food was good too! The staff were also very nice and helpful.
We weren’t too happy with the smell coming from the bathroom, but it seems like they were fixing it.
