Pros:

Ubicacion, lugar y playa

Cons:

Recomendaron en recepcion al sr Lester para la vuelta y fue de las peores experiencias para la familia.
Nos mintio que la vuelta iba a ser directa pero a las 14;30 hs. Dsp nos adelanto el horario.
Nos llevaron hasta Baru a cambiar de lancha sin nosotros saberlo, nos pasaron a una lancha sin respaldos. Manejada por dos inconscientes que se la jugaron a ir hasta cartagena sin combustibla, obviamente nos quedamos sin combustible a mitad de camino entre las olas y los acantilados con mis padres , pareja y hermana.
No tenían a quien llamar , ni radio nada.
Al rayo del sol.
Esperamos a que pasara un barco y les diera algo de nafta como para Ahi recién poder salir a buscar un bidón a unos muelles medios ilegales.
Ojo a quien recomiendan.

Location, the sandy beaches, friendly staff, the food, beautiful rooms and views

Cons:

Everything was amazing as mentioned, the only thing which put us off was that there were no water provided even though we had selected half board. They could put at least 2 bottles of water daily to the room or provide water during breakfast without the need of ordering.

La playa es hermosa pero tienes que usar aquashoes, hay muchos perritos que se portan bien. La comida en el restaurante es muy buena y el personal muy atento.

Cons:

la señal de cable falla mucho, nunca pude ver una película, igual con el wifi y tampoco hay agua caliente.
Entran muchos mosquitos al cuarto tengan cuidado.

Due to the location the hotel could really charge what they like, but over prices for me

Fair well dated, for example the aircon controller was so used none of the buttons had any ink left on them so couldn’t tell what any of the buttons were for.

Todo. Me sentí como en casa en las islas por el hotel. Hay muchos perritos de la isla por ahí y son tan lindos. Tiene dos playas para pasear y unas vistas brutales, estás en medio de la naturaleza, salen senderos a lagunas

A very comfortable hotel, especially considering the island setting. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and the bed is huge and incredibly comfortable.

I had a room with a beautiful ocean view, which made the stay even more special.

It’s a perfect place to relax and truly unwind.

Cons:

The hotel requested full payment before arrival via a third-party link. I don’t mind paying in advance, but I would prefer to do it through Booking for peace of mind, without worrying whether it might be a scam.
