Musste ins Jufa am See um den Schlüssel zu holen. Hätte angeblich via Booking kommuniziert werden sollen, ist aber nicht passiert.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit einer angenehmen Größe. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher, das gibt's nicht mehr oft heutzutage. Die Hotels sparen da meistens schon gerne. Die Fenster waren mit Rolläden ausgestattet, auch sehr angenehm wenn man im Sommer nicht schon um 5 Uhr morgens von der Sonne geweckt wird (ja klar, manche mögen das). Das Personal beim Frühstück war ausgesprochen freundlich und stehts hilfsbereit. Der Stubenbergsee ist nur 3 Autominuten entfernt, ebenso der Tierpark Herberstein. Für beides war beim Hotel die GenussCard dabei, womit man gratis zum See und zum halben Preis in den Tierpark kann und noch vieles mehr. Bei Schlechtwetter ist man in 20 Minuten in der H2O Therme oder in 40 Minuten in Loipersdorf.

Cons:

Nur Kleinigkeiten, jammern auf hohem Niveau sozusagen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster Richtung Straße und das war schon etwas laut. Außerdem wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern nicht schlecht gewesen, die Gelsen haben uns nachts aufgefressen.

Frühstück war gut. Die Lage etwas vom Ortskern entfernt. Am Abend keine Möglichkeit zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen mit Bedienung.

Very helpful staff. Most kind and helpful.
They assisted me to relocate to the Jufa Hotel Stubenbergsee, which was not accessible by public transport, upon which I had travelled and depended on for the stay. Maybe this should be reflected within the information relating to all the Stubenberg village / resort area?

Cons:

Hôtel Garni not in the immediate vicinity of the lake, and no public transport between the two exists.

Kinder bzw. Jugendliche haben die besseren
Zimmer, langjährige Kunden werden vorgeführt!

Mit Sicherheit hat Booking.com einen Kunden
