Für uns hat es gepasst und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und mit einer grossen Auswahl. Auch das Abendessen war sehr gut vor allem die vegetarische Küche war Spitze. Das gilt natürlich auch für die Jause am Nachmittag immer sehr abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Wir können nicht sagen das uns etwas gar nicht gefallen hat. Letztlich ist ja alles eine Frage vom Preis, Leistungsverhältnis.
Wenn wir den Service am Tisch beurteilen dürfen, da gibt es noch Luft nach Oben. Es war ein junges Team und uns ist bewusst, dass sie immer bemüht waren einen guten Service zu leisten, dabei schlichen sich so kleine Fehler ein, wie zwei unterschiedliche Weingläser auf dem Tisch, einige Male mussten wir selber nachschenken etc.. Im fortgeschrittenen Alter
so wie wir, schätzt man eben einen perfekten und aufmerksamen Service. Aber unter dem Strich war es ja in Ordnung.

De faciliteiten als zwembad, middag snack

Cons:

Wat lastig is met kinderen is dat het avondeten zo laat is. Als dit voor iedereen optioneel start bv in 2 shifts dan is dat voor ouders met kids aangenaam en mensen met oudere kids of geen kinderen fijn omdat dan later op de avond de kinderen niet meer vermoeid rondhangen beneden

Personal war total unorganisiert.
Ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt.
Um 8.00 Uhr morgens schlug gefühlt die Putzfrau die Tür ein.
Am 2.Tag war mein Tisch zum Frühstück besetzt und es gab keine Alternative?
Ich setze mich dann an den nächsten bereits „gebrauchten“ das ist 4 Sterne +
Ich würde es meinem größten Feind nicht empfehlen. Es gibt schönere Aufenthalte in Fiss.
