We were welcomed and felt at home.
Pros:

We arrived in China poorly prepared and received enormous help from our boat, who went out of his way to turn a potential disaster into a memorable few days. He was kind and tireless in helping us with our provlems

Overall, the Rong Hotel was an excellent choice for my solo trip to Beijing in March 2026.
Pros:

The Rong Hotel is perfectly located for visitors who want to explore central Beijing. Located on a residential street, it is near many restaurants, shops, and historic sites. I enjoyed many daytime and evening strolls in the neighborhood.

Cons:

I would have appreciated more communication from the hotel proprietor about check in procedures. On arrival, I had to wait a while for somebody to answer the door. However, once the proprietor appeared, everything went smoothly.

Great hutong courtyard hotel
Pros:

The location is fantastic in the hutong area of ancient Beijing. It was a memorable experience staying in a courtyard Hotel like this. The facilities were very good the rooms were comfortable and clean. Come out of the hotel turn left (East) and you will reach a busy market street which is great to visit any time of day but particularly in the nighttime.

Cons:

It would be good to stay more than one night.

Sehr authentisch und schön
Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Hof, der sehr stylisch und ruhig ist. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit die Betten super bequem. Tee steht bereit und täglich eine Flasche Wasser war sehr praktisch ist . Die Gegend ist authentisch und sehr gut gelegen, unweit von beliebter Straße mit Cafés, Restaurants, Boutiquen. Es gab auch paar alternative Cafés, Secondhandladen usw.

The cutest hotel
Pros:

The cutest hotel for our layover on the way to Tokyo. We felt like we saw so much and had the Beijing experience even though we were there for just one evening thanks to this hotels location and accommodating staff and beautiful decor and courtyard. Thank you Rong Hotel!
