Pros:

Leisure was great nice lads in there with great personalities but places needed re tiled in steam room plus hot tub not working

Cons:

At reception I had asked if they could do anything small or nice for my wife's 40th birthday, the woman and manager didn't understand why or what I was asking for made me repeat myself several times to say they wouldn't do anything like that in the hotel. Which I found disappointing as even lower budget hotels still make an effort for birthdays and would always try to give you something small.
