Pros:

Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Nice staff

Cons:

There was a fairground right outside the window so the noise during the day was unbearable. The beds are ancient and not good for someone with a bad back like me. Really old hotel in general

Top Tier Coomort and Service
Pros:

I stay in hotels all across Ireland, so I was genuinely surprised when I saw some of the negative reviews — I honestly can’t understand them. My stay here was right up there with the better hotels I’ve used. Joanne at reception was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the newly refurbished bathroom had an excellent shower. Even the TV worked perfectly, which is a rarity in many hotels I’ve stayed in. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel.

Cons:

It would be nice to be able to eat on the terrace where there are drinks only.

Pros:

The location was easy to get to and parking always a bonus. Breakfast was great and getting food in the bar was also good.

Cons:

Compared to other places we stayed I felt it was quite expensive

Pros:

Staff went out of their way to try and accommodate our request of having our two rooms close by, even though it was not possible.

Hotel has a great location, and the rooms are functional and great value for money.

Cons:

While the rooms we had were refurbished, the common areas were a bit dated. The hotel is frequented by tour groups, so do keep that in mind, though honestly it didn't bother us all that much.
