Cons:

Nice to have the beach close but they can do a bit of cleaning on it..
It gets so crowded at the serving spot, maybe you can enlarge the room
Good food, nice staff, big room,
They have kids spot with a lot of activities
And nights with special programs

Pros:

Pasti 9, mare 10, staff 11: pulizia, velocità nel sistemare tutto.

Cons:

Tanti cafoni russi e italiani del sud occupavano tutti gli ombrelloni, sdraie e tavolini vicino al mare per giorni e giorni lasciandoci le asciugamani: quindi trovavi tutto già occupato dalla mattina presto.
Non ho dato 10 per questo motivo.
Moltissimi Hotel, conoscendo i cafoni, ogni tot di tempo tolgono le asciugamani e già al check- in avvisano il funzionamento che non si possono lasciare asciugamani non custodite per occupare i posti.

Despite the bathroom privacy issue, everything else was excellent. We would definitely come back again!
Pros:

The location and the food were excellent. I have traveled a lot, but everywhere I've stayed, only breakfast was included—not lunch, dinner, or evening snacks. At this hotel, food was available 24/7, and drinks were also complimentary. It was an amazing experience!

Cons:

I liked everything about the property. The only small concern I had was the bathroom door. It was made of glass and didn't have a lock, which made privacy a little difficult. If you're traveling with teenage children or sharing the room with other family members, it can be inconvenient. Whenever my teenage son or daughter needed to use the bathroom, the rest of us had to step outside the room. 😅 A lock and a bit more privacy would make the stay even better.

La mia esperienza all’Alykanas Beach Grand Hotel by Zante Plaza è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. La struttura viene proposta come un hotel a 4 stelle, ma sinceramente ritengo che gli standard siano ben lontani da questa categoria.

Le camere risultano datate, poco curate e non offrono il livello di comfort che ci si aspetterebbe da un resort di questo livello. Anche la qualità dei servizi non è stata soddisfacente: l’organizzazione generale lascia a desiderare e non ho percepito quell’attenzione al cliente che dovrebbe caratterizzare una struttura di fascia superiore.

Un’altra nota negativa riguarda il cibo. La qualità complessiva del buffet non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto considerando il prezzo pagato per il soggiorno.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato un ulteriore motivo di delusione: ho sostenuto un costo aspettandomi un’esperienza da vero 4 stelle, ma quanto ricevuto è stato nettamente inferiore. L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione della struttura, ma purtroppo non è sufficiente a compensare le numerose carenze riscontrate.

Moře bylo krásné. Pozvolný vstup byl fajn a vhodný pro děti. Dětský bazén je taky fajn. Pokoje se uklízely každý den, když byl problém hned se řešil.

Cons:

Nepochopila jsem proč mám platit 20 euro za klíč k trezoru. Personál řekl, že peníze jsou vratné, ale následně je vrátit odmítli. Mělo by to být součástí ubytování. Chápu vratnou zálohu, ale měla by se vrátit. Jídlo bylo dostatečné. Za mě osobně málo ovoce a na to, že na každém rohu pěstují melouny a pomeranče tak na hotelu chuťově nic moc. Pomeranč byl strašně kyselý a v podstatě malý výběr. Asi bych u moře uvítala více mořských potvor. Zmrzliny byly fakt vyloženě hnusné. Všechny chutnaly stejně. Chodili jsme do místní cukrárny a to bylo úplně něco jiného. Osobně mi nechutnaly ani drinky. Všechno bylo chuťově stejné. Cola se jen jako Cola tváří jinak je to obarvená voda. Džusy se pít daly a pomerančová limonáda byla asi nejlepší. Samosebou fotky vždy zkreslují, takže je potřeba počítat, že hotel vypadá v realitě trochu jinak. Občas jsem cítila kanalizaci i na pokoji. Celkově bych hotel hodnotila tak 4 z 10. Nenadchne, ale ani nijak neurazí.
