Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, bed was comfortable, the sun loungers were in very good condition and there were also 2 inch cushions to top the loungers. There was plenty of variety in the restaurant all inclusive and the food was lovely.

Cons:

What I didn't like was although the food was of very good quality, it was always presented Luke Warm, and there were occasions when I had to ask to have my food microwaved. The alcohol was shocking, I personally didn't drink it. The beer was help yourself and there were only plastic tumblers, which gave you 50% froth and 50% beer. The wine was also server yourself from a tap. Horrible. All spirits were served from the bar, they press a button and a machine filled the tumbler with whatever you requested, plus the mixture.

Wir hatten zwei Reklamationen, die sofort behoben wurden (der Duschkopf, der extrem spritzte, wurde ausgetauscht und fehlende Batterien der Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage wurden unmittelbar zur Verfügung gestellt).

Cons:

Im Restaurant Bereich war eine erhebliche Lautstärke, und die Bestuhlung und Tische waren nicht in gutem Zustand. Der Speiseraum hatte Jugendherbergscharakter Die Beschallung beim Abend-Animations-Programm war extrem laut und störte die Nachtruhe. Das Essen hätte wärmer sein können.

Bekvämt hotell med stranden nära. Obekväma sängar (hårda).
Pros:

Bekvämt när all mat och dryck ingår.
Hotellet låg precis vid stranden vilket gjorde det väldigt bekvämt att växla mellan pool och strand.
Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Bristande städning av rummet.

Vi hade bokat rum för fyra personer och de två extrasängarna kan inte kallas för sängar. Extremt hårda. Ena ”sängen” var två ihopkopplade soffdelar där dessa gled isär när man sov.

Glasdörr där det var en flera centimeter stor glipa till badrummet som dessutom blev helt blött när man duschade.

Maten var varierande i kvalitet, ibland jättebra och ibland mindre bra. Fanns alltid mycket att välja på.
Bar som var snabb, men drinkarna kan ni skippa. Bartendern gör sitt jobb bra men det är råvarorna som det är fel på.

Solstolarna paxades från tidig morgon (innan kl 8.00).

The staff was nice, in particular the barwoman, the cleaning lady and the person at the baby club. The room was clean.

Cons:

The common areas were veru dirty, I remember someone dropped an ice cream poolside at 10 am and it was still there at 7pm. We found a broken fork on the beach. The. Children's pool was unsafe and the area poolside was very slippery. There was a hole in the floor where I hurt my foot. It definitely wasn't a 4 star hotel. The people were also quite rude.

Χρήζει ανακαίνισης, δεν είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες,για την τιμή του είναι ακριβό,είναι παλιά τα κρεβατια το κλιματιστικο το μπάνιο οι πόρτες χαλασμένες, εάν γίνει μια καλή ανακαίνιση το ξενοδοχείο αυτό θα είναι το καλύτερο στη ζακυνθο,εχει πολυ καλή τοποθεσία και θέση.

Ik heb kunnen doen wat ik gepland had, alleen was het op een andere manier dan gepland.

De service in zijn algemeenheid. Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De zee zo dichtbij. Was het (te) druk in het zwembad dan was de zee ook zeer uitnodigend.

Cons:

het eten: m.n. het warme eten was vaak maar lauwwarm. Maar dit is ook inherent aan het concept buffet en dan vooral zonder warmtelampen (alleen warmte van onderaf). Verder waren er heel veel kinderen onder de 4 jaar wat behoorlijk wat gekrijs, gejank en gehuil inhield. Dit belette mij om bij (of in de buurt van) het zwembad te werken of te ontspannen.

Jídlo patřilo k těm nejlepším věcem na pobytu. Každý den bylo na výběr jiné jídlo, respektive byla každý den úplně jiná celá tabule s jídlem. Jídla bylo více, než se dalo ochutnat. Všechno velmi dobré. Příjemný personál vše doplňoval, odnášel, uklízel. Kromě snídaně, obědu a večeře, jsou k dispozici i svačiny mezi hlavními jídly. Kromě různých typů masa a příloh, byla i bohatá nabídka ovoce, zeleniny, sýrů, zavařenin, kompotů, sladkostí, dresinků, nápojů atd. Jídlo hodnotím 10 z 10!

Cons:

Byli jsme zde v říjnu, tedy po sezóně a bylo vidět, že zařízení by již potřebovalo prostor pro údržbu - rozklížené židličky, houpající se stoly, pokažená lehátka atd.

Wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Die Hotellage am Strand war perfekt. Gutes vielfältiges ges Essen. Die Bar war gut ausgestattet. Ruhige Nächte ab 23 h.
Die Griechische Abend mit Sirtaki Tanzkurs war sehr schön. Hätten gerne mehr davon gehabt.
Mein Partner hat eine Geburtstagskarte vom Hotel bekommen. Und Zimmerupgrade kostenlos als Geburtstagsgeschänk.

Cons:

Mehr griechische Musik am Pool hätten wir genossen. Abends wäre vielleicht mehr Animation angebracht.
Mann kann immer kleine Sachen besser machen. Das macht den Aufenthalt jeden ch nicht weniger schön.

Emplacement super ! Une vue magnifique
Restaurant très bien

Cons:

Les chambres sont bruyantes , on ne peut pas dormir tant que les festivités des soirées ne sont pas terminées, donc tard .
La lumière du couloir reste toute la nuit alors que les portes des chambres ont un vitrage , pas possible de dormir dans le noir .

Das Essen war fein und täglich grosse Auswahl.
Das Buffet wurde mit viel Liebe angerichtet und dekoriert, jedoch war der Bereich sehr eng.
Lage direkt am Meer war gut.

Cons:

Pool ok. Schade nur, waren die Holz Liegestühl-Auflagen, Regen, Wind und Wetteer ausgesetzt.
Während unseren Ferien im November war ein trocken der Auflagen nicht möglich. Dadurch wirkt es eher ungepflegt. Vielleicht wäre es im Sommer besser.
