Pros:

Friendly staff, nice pool, good espressos in the morning, nice view from the balcony, good size room.

Cons:

Most uncomfortable bed in my whole trip in Nepal, not a queen just two very uncomfortable singles pushed together. Hot water on and off, stains throughout the room, fridge didn't work, told staff not resolved, room desperate for some maintenance.. breakfast very average although the girls serving were lovely. Price doesn't match the quality..plenty of room for improvement

Riverfront, pool and exceptional service.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. Every single person working not only checked to see everything was good for us, they engaged, they smiled and beyond. It was my husband’s birthday while we were there. At 6:30 am he went down to get a coffee, the young man at reception greeted him w Happy Birthday. From there we had a special table, cake and song later that day. The pool is fabulous. Big, very clean and so refreshing after being out in the jungle. The location is perfect. Just off the main busy street but more importantly right on the river with wildlife sightings probable in the morning or afternoon. We had several Rhino, deer and lots of birds. Walkable to lots of great restaurants, shops and yet quiet! We recommend this property.

Pros:

Location. Balcony and views of the river.

Their prices for the jeep safari and other events. I found the same at half the price outside.

Ejoyed the views and the quiet. A must if you want to relax. With little effort can improve on the rest.
Pros:

Beautiful location with views over the river and the jungle. Property is maintained very well.

Cons:

Spend 3 nights here, one of which we did not have any hot water. But it was rectified by maintenance. Prices for soda’s is absolutely ridiculous. More shade at the swimmingpool would have been nice as it was extremely hot during our stay. Only one ambrella at the swiimingpool.

Average resort with Beautiful riverside view.
Pros:

Good resort and beautiful location. Helpful staff.

Cons:

A 3 floored building No lifts. And the Air condition was as good and no air conditioning.
