Great stay, clean and would recommend a stay to anyone.
Pros:

The room was very good, clean and tidy. In the room there was a good sized TV and everything you need from a modern apartment. Many restaurants and bars around and only a short walk to public transport.

Communication from the young lady who even sent a video of how to get into the room was exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing.

Fantastic, loved the stay.
Pros:

An incredibly nice and cozy place to stay, with a very smooth check-in process and excellent, clear communication. Close to public transport links to the center of Prague. Everything is very new and fresh. Definitely a top-tier experience. Highly recomend others to stay here.

Cons:

There is one small detail I personally would have preferred to be different. We were given the option to purchase extra insurance for the accommodation. Since we are already covered by other insurance policies, we declined—but this left us feeling a bit uneasy once we arrived. It wasn’t entirely clear what the terms were, so we ended up being overly cautious, which perhaps kept us from fully enjoying our stay. I understand that the host needs protection against damage or vandalism, but as a guest, I would have preferred this to be handled via a security deposit or simply included in the price from the start.
