Pros:

This is a lovely up to date boutique hotel in a nice area of Lima. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant and the rooms were well appointed.

Maison bien équipée avec du personnel à l'écoute. Le ménage était bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Bien située à côté des ruines de Pucclana. L'environnement est sécurisé.

Heerlijk centraal gelegen hotel, opgeruimd en mooi ingericht.
Pros:

Super centraal gelegen in een prachtige wijk Miraflores. De tuinkamer was heerlijk rustig. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was erg simpel, maar goed.

Het ontbijt had wat uitgebreider gekund. Verder alles prima.

Cosas por mejorar sobre todo en la comunicación.

La limpieza de las habitaciones 10 de 10.

Cons:

La habitación que nos asignaron fue pegada a la calle las ventanas no filtran el ruido, toda la noche no pudimos descansar bien por el ruido que ingresaba, vehículos inclusive personas que hablaban. Deberían cambiar las ventanas por ventanas que no permitan el ingreso del ruido.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. Close to Huaca Pucllana site and not too far from the main beach area.

Cons:

Could had been a bigger breakfast but appreciate it’s a boutique. Could make the open area on second floor a seating space in the sun.

Pros:

It was really nice. Such a comfortable quiet room. Tea and coffee available through the day, very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Very secure. Safe in the room.
Good value.

Cons:

Its not in the heart of Miraflores. Its about a 15 minute walk to the middle.
For me, I liked that, as it was quieter. But it's something to consider for those less mobile or wanting to be in the action.
