The security person on the gate was not reflecting the amazing property level (a bit rude). The hotel staff is good in general. the main strength of the hotel is the luxury on the rooms. the dinner was more than satisfactory. one of the best stays..

l’hotel est très grand avec sa plage est bien structurée, la vue est magnifique, personnel au top !
AUCUNE activité mais vraiment dommage, le soir dodo à 20h,c’est bien pour les personnes qui aiment le calme et ne rien faire.
Emplacement idéal en front de mer ainsi que la gentillesse et le du personnel; jardinier, serveurs et les femmes de ménage ont tous été attentionnés, serviables.
Nous avons réservé une suite avec ma femme. À notre arrivée, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec un lit double alors que cela ne correspondait pas à ce que nous souhaitions. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème à la réception et demandé une solution ou un changement de chambre. On nous a assuré que cela serait pris en charge et qu’ils allaient changer le lit.
Malheureusement, le lendemain, puis jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour aucun changement n’avait été effectué et personne ne nous a tenus informés. Malgré notre demande et la promesse faite par la réception, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Ce manque de suivi a été particulièrement décevant.
