Great breakfast selection, clean rooms, amazing beach access, great location, friendly staff.. the list could go on
Sunbeds are reserved by people who don’t come for hours, leaving those who want to use them to resort to the ones further away from the pool. There should be a sign to say no reservations.
I think this is one of the greatest hotels I visited, the service and the cleanliness are top notch. Duraid the manager is a gem. Super welcoming crew. If you are looking for a 5 star experience, this is the place to go.

C’etait catastrophique . Cet établissement n’est pas digne d’un cinq étoiles. Le réceptionniste qui était désagréable a garder mon passeport à mon arrivée. Il me l’a pas restitué à mon départ de l’hôtel . Ça fait 14 jours que je suis sans possession de mon passeport.
J’ai écourté mon séjour car la médiocricité règne dans cet hôtel .
Everything was wonderful! If you want find relax and very good service then choose this hotel. If you are looking for animation and party, then this is not the hotel for you.
One thing: when having the massage at the spa you can hear the personal speaking outside the room even they put music on in the massage room, its a bit disturbing while you are trying to relax yourself when having the massage

L’hôtel ainsi que la qualité du service se sont bcp dégradés depuis 2021
Tout d’abord il y’avait une fuite d’eau dans la chambre nous avons demandé à la réception de venir réparer ils ont dis que c’est ok alors que personne n’y était pendant que nous étions à la plage.
Le buffet ne vaut pas le prix
The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were large. The pool area is very nice and there’s access to the beach.
The food selection was very poor for a 5* hotel and the hotel was overpriced. There aren’t many amenities in walking distance.
