غير مريحه اطلاقا

الموظفون وانا نائم دخلوا علي مرتين والباب لايقفل من الداخل .. دخلوا علي الساعه 8 مساء ودخلوا علي اول نص ساعه من دخولي الغرفه صباحا.. واسبابهم نريد التنظيف وهي ليست مواعيد تنظيف الغرفه .. وعندما طلبت منهم استرجاع مبلغ الليله التي بعدها بسبب عدم ارتياحي واريد تغيير الفندق رفضوا بالبدايه استرجاع مبلغي وبالاخير مع مدير الفندق وافق على استرجاع المبلغ مع العلم الى الان لم يصلني المبلغ والموضوع اكثر من 15 يوم الى الان منذ خروجي

Trés belle chambre, piscine chauffée eau de mer très grande 25/25 env avec jets etc,personnel à l'écoute,la responsable du petit déjeuner adorable et au service de ses clients (j'insiste)

The location and physical plant are excellent and the place was spotless and beautiful, inside and outside.

Cons:

We visited early in November when it was mostly empty of guests and had a very small staff that was inexperienced and communicated poorly with us. We asked for a concierge to help us arrange sightseeing - and there was no one. Room service and restaurant meals were shockingly bad for a 5 star resort, even in the off season. When we requested they arrange for a car or taxi for the return trip to the airport, they demanded payment in cash upfront without a receipt. There seemed to be no manager in charge and no supervision.
