Pros:

住3晚，有電梯，離老城區過一條橋就到了，去老城非常方便，可以八點多就去老城散散步，這時候遊客很少，也可以去景點後下午回房間休息一下，覺得位置真的很好

Cons:

房間偏小，住三個人打開行李箱就有點擁擠，住三天沒有更換毛巾、沒有收垃圾，浴室沒有毛巾架，浴巾都不知道該放哪裡，如果可以有一個簡易的曬衣架會比較方便

Lovely accommodation very close to the centre of Innsbruck. Close to restaurants and shops and attractions.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Comfortable beds. Clean.
Lovely bathroom. Portable Air conditioning was really helpful. Nice to have an elevator for use.

Cons:

Lighting a little dark. Sitting areas a little small

Location - quick walk to old town.

Cons:

No air conditioning. The balcony was in very poor condition and had a view of other houses (not river like I assumed).

Had a great time, will come back.
Pros:

Great location, clean and accomodating. Owner responded quickly to requests, very good instructions on how go get in. The welcome card is a great bonus.

Pros:

Ansich eine nette Unterkunft in guter Lage.

Cons:

Es ist leider so, das direkt neben der Unterkunft eine Bar ist. Ich war Geschäftlich in der Stadt und konnte beide Tage erst sehr spät einschlafen da es einfach extrem laut ist. Es wäre nett gewesen dies irgendwo zu erwähnen. Sowohl Donnerstag als auch Freitag war an Schlaf kaum zu denken was mehr als ärgerlich war und mir auch den ganzen Aufenthalt etwas vermiest hat.
Die Unterkunft war, ordentlich und sauber.

Nice base for exploring Innsbruck
Pros:

The location was excellent and we has a lovely view over the city and towards the mountains.
The check in was convenient.
The apartment was beautiful and cozy.
The kitchen was well equipped (no oven though which is good to take into consideration).
The bath was nice addition.
Overall we were satisfied, despite some cons we noticed.

Cons:

The toilet lamp was definitely not bright enough.
There was a cooling machine with a tube removing hot air outside, but there was no fitted frame for it in the window and keeping the window open was not an option because of the sounds from the street (traffic + restaurants).
There was a slight smell of excess moisture in the room air.
