Cons:

Rooms were nice 15 years ago, but they urgently need maintenance: everything is damaged (sink, toilet seat, desk are chipped), toilet, shower, floor are stained. Bedsheets and towels are stained and gray. Cleaning is not accurate (mold and dust in every corner).
Almost every morning coffee machine was broken.
To improve the hotel would need more care and attention.

Below expectations
Pros:

The location was good for us according to our plan.
The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The rooms we're that clean, we found stains on the curtains ans sheets.l, with even some insects around the room.
The breakfast was very limited and mostly spicy, not catered to foreigners.
The roof bar was closed.

Hotel should be rated 4 star at best.
Pros:

Sven Design room rates are comparable to nearby 4 star hotels. Luxury suite was a good size and had a fair number of UK plug compatible sockets. There is free wifi. In-house restaurant daily opening time slots. There is a drop off point at the front of the hotel. Room is well insulated from street sounds.

Cons:

Hotel furnishings were dated and rather worn. Facilities such as its roof top swimming pool and bar were in poor condition. Breakfast food choice was limited for international guests. Parking for guests and visitors is offsite. TV wasn't Internet connected.
