Pros:

The hotel itself was very nice and clean and in a good location

The bed was hard and the pillows flattened out quickly

Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. It's a beautiful hotel and all of the staff (Valet, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bartenders are excellent.) We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. And we would definitely stay here again given the opportunity. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We liked everything. No complaints whatsoever.

Perfect
Pros:

Everything including the staff was awesome. Local parking in an open lot was 40 dollars. For 48 dollars you had the option of valet parking. To me that was better. I felt like our vehicle was more secure.

Could’ve been better :(
Pros:

The 5th floor bar is great - sitting outside and having a drink with the city view is such a treat!

Cons:

Valet parking is the only option and it was $55 plus tax. I was not made aware of that until we got there, so for two nights we spent an unexpected $126. to stay there…

Also, we were traveling for our elopement. The staff was very happy to do something special for us for that, but when we got to the room, there was nothing. Not even a second robe. Felt disappointed by that.
