Nice hotel.
Pros:

Really nice hotel. Staff were nice and the hotel is well-appointed.

Cons:

I mistakenly thought this hotel was in or near Printers' Alley. It is not. That mistake is on me, but if you are looking for something that is smack in the middle of the town, this isn't it. The location isn't bad, actually, and it is only about a 10 minute walk to Broadway, but it is on the opposite side of Broadway from the actual Printers' Alley. Would I stay there again? Maybe? If I couldn't find a comparable place in the middle of town, between Broadway and the capitol building, which is really where you want to be if you are exploring downtown Nashville.

Great Hotel, but buy parking with your stay otherwise you'll spend more (almost guaranteed)
Pros:

I loved the vibe of the hotel, although I didn't like the entrance much. Would have been nicer to have reception on the first floor instead of an empty room. Valets were not often available if you didn't use the app so it felt out of place for such a nice hotel otherwise.

Cons:

Parking should be free/included, self-park should be an option for all hotel guests. We're already paying for parking downtown, a nice hotel room, etc. so the least you could do is provide an affordable parking option (<$30 for a night)

Pros:

Clean room, efficient check-in and out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a little tricky learning how to get to the lobby (5th Floor), but all was good. Bartenders were good, too.

Not impressed! We had no ice bucket for the ice machine. Had a 2 queen room but only 1 coffee cup and 2 glasses. Tried getting more bath towels but when the cleaning lady brought them, she couldn't understand English or what we wanted so gave us hand towels. The pillows and comforter were down feathers and there was no other options available so if you have allergies be aware! Our ceiling was painted plywood and looked terrible. They charge $100 a day to your card for incidentals although we didn't charge anything to the room. Bar didn't have a bartender until 3 pm on a Friday with limited alcohol, didn't try again after that. The staff seemed clueless about everything. Day after I checked in, they couldn't find me in their system but kept assuring me that no one would try to come in my room??? Seems like they opened this new hotel before they were ready.

Pros:

Mold in bathtub. No closet for hanging clothes. Front desk gentleman was not helpful and allowed us to wait for a half hour because the room wasnt ready and told us he would let us know when things were ready. He left and did not inform anyone we were waiting. I had to check with them 30 minutes later and you guessed it, they had our room ready
