Pros:

Superb location. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Kevin the Assistant Manager went above and beyond. The room was ideal.

Cons:

We would have preferred a bigger menu choice for breakfast and meals, also not having an electric kettle in the room.

Staff was friendly. Coffee was great. Furniture also great.

Cons:

Overall vibe wasn't warm and inviting. The style was awesome, but leaned too cold.
Dropping off and picking up our car from valet was weird. There wasn't someone there to pick it up and I had to walk around the building to go inside where there was someone not at a desk but sitting in the lobby on his phone and I had no idea what was going on. Then when I requested the car I wasn't sure where to go to pick ip up so I sat outside the front door for 10m, the car was brought to the side of the building where we couldn't see it and the valet guy had walked past us and not said anything until we approached him his second time passing us.

We had a fantastic stay and will be back!
Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights and were so pleased with our entire stay. The front desk staff was always so friendly and we loved the modern clean look of the hotel. The beds were really comfortable as well!

Cons:

Nothing, I would stay there again.

modernes Hotel mit sehr netter Terrasse im 5 Stock, Zimmer geräumig, Frühstück recht gut, Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar

Pros:

Great Spot for getting to Broadway and easy drive to 12 South/The Gulch. Bar was fun to sit at before going about our nights. Bartender was super friendly with recommendations. Check in staff was friendly and super helpful as well. Wish there was more information about parking would be my only suggestion.

Cons:

Staff, facilities and location were all so perfect! Loved our clean and nice room as well as getting around the city easily from our location.

Very nice hotel, we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

It was clean, cute, and very comfortable. The staff were all sweet and helpful. It felt safe and was very close to broadway and all the other places we’d planned to go!

Great location, not too far from the honkey tonk highway and all other locations, genuinely the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in! And value for money is Amazing.
