Cancelaron la reserva sin hablar conmigo y me.dejaron tirado en el aeropuerto de Cali a las 10pm, y no respondieron nunca, ni por la aplicación ni por el teléfono, hasta el dia de hoy no me han respondido

La peor gestión administrativa de un hotel que he visto.

Nada, es un hotel pésimo, atienden a los huéspedes como si no importaran. No les importa la reserva que uno tiene ni respetan al huésped.

Todo, pésimo el servicio del administrador, pésima la capacidad de ayuda y de querer atender bien al cliente, pésima la administración y el proceso de confirmación de las reservas.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, limpio y cómodo

La habitación muy limpia, el desayuno delicioso. La señora que lo realiza es muy amable. El sector es tranquilo. Cerca de varios lugares turísticos.

Cons:

Había algunas restricciones sin mucho sentido, como usar un espacio de mesas dentro. Que nos indicaron que no podría usar aunque ya la habían usado otros en ese momento.
