I felt very unconfortable
Pros:

Location only and the room view on Canton Tower.

Cons:

The heating system didn't work, it was not possible to choose the temperature inside the room. It was like to be in a fridge, 19 degrees when I arrived, I told the staff I want to go on another hotel and they provide me for a small heating appliance. One morning I had no water from the shower for some minutes.
The spa doesn't exist, it was advertised as an existing facility. The same thing for the bar, never opened.

We had a short but great stay. We got upgraded at the reception to a room with river (and Guangzhou sky tree) view and it was beautiful!

Pros:

Well maintained hotel right on the Pearl River. Hotel was kept immaculately clean. Room was perfect sized for my requirement with a pleasing view of the river and the Guangzhou skyline. Room service was efficient and kept the room spotless.
Staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate requests for a smooth stay.

Cons:

Hotel was situated a bit on the far side of places of interest. Central locations can only be accessed by taxi and it was a good 15 minute walk to the metro.
