Where to start... we loved it, and would definitely stay over again! The room was very spacious. It's super well located, between two subway stations, has loads of restaurants nearby, a large supermarket, coffee shops etc. Staff was great, really accommodating and helpful. I also liked the breakfast: we had both the western and Chinese versions, and you should try the Chinese version as well, it was delicious!
The only thing we missed was a bided, either built-in on the toilet or as bidet sprayer. But honestly, this is just a detail.
The location of the hotel is perfect. They also have free breakfast everyday while you are staying there. Besides, free water and coffee. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits, l’endroit est magnifique, il ne paye pas de mine quand on arrive mais dès qu’on accède au chambre, on comprend le standing de l’hôtel.
Les chambres sont propres, calmes, très confortables.
Nous avons eu beaucoup de questions et de changements dans notre planning, le staff de l’hôtel a été très aidant et flexible.
La localisation est bien pour sillonner dans les hutongs alentours. C’est une zone très animée à proximité d’un métro.
Si je dois dire quelque chose : dommage que le rooftop ne soit pas plus exploité !

We loved this boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication and arrangements with Jaclyn were excellent and seamless.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The hotel's location is perfect, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
We thoroughly enjoyed the area and would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit.

A very classy hotel, located in a lively and trendy hutong. It boasts a prime location in the heart of the historic city center and is excellently connected by two subway lines. A great place to experience living in a traditional old Beijing house, equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect.
The location was excellent. Close to: the metro, banks, loads of restaurants and two fabulous museums within walking distance. Also great location for exploring the hutongs. The staff were lovely, I felt well looked after and it was a cosy environment. The team spoke good English and were super helpful. Lovely smart and comfortable room with lots of bathroom products. Fabulous breakfast with several choices. I would stay again as it was great value for money and rather unique. It's a gem!
This year was my second time I stayed at the Jingmao Alley Hotel. It was such a wonderful experience and I loved every second! The staff is so kind and very helpful, the rooms are beautifully designed and confortable to stay at and one of the best parts is the yumny breakfast! I will definitely come again – this place is a hidden gem in Beijing!
Localização ótima. O estilo do Hotel e o quarto também encantam. O Atendimento da Alex fez toda a diferença. Muita disposição em ajudar, em resolver os problemas do uso do wechat e de nos atender bem.
O quarto tem uma cortina grossa e uma cortina fina, mas durante o dia, a cortina fina não dá conta de manter a privacidade do quarto e acabamos tendo de deixar a grossa fechada o dia todo. O Café da manhã é muito bom, mas não é farto.
L’hôtel était bien situé, un emplacement proche du centre mais en ayant le calme des lorsque l’on passe les portes.
La décoration était mignonne.
Le personnel vraiment très gentil, et aux petits soins, ce qui rend l’expérience très agréable!

Excellent location, comfy and clean rooms. Perfect base for a 4 night stay.
The only thing I’d say is more storage for clothes but that is because we stayed for a bit longer and I’m a chronic overpacker!
I really like the staff there. There will be staff able to communicate well in English. Property is located near to palace museum and subway.
There's a cafe nested in the property too, serving beautiful desserts and drinks.
There are menu for dinner if you're lazy to eat out - limited but try out the hearty tomato soup with noodle bits! (疙瘩面)
Breakfast menu is rather limited and not the most delicious.
Laundry room has only one washer and one dryer. A full cycle of drying takes abt 3h.. would be good to have another. But noted the limitation of laundry room size.
Cleanliness level is okay, but there were some rusty corners making it look aged.
I wish there was a bidet in the toilet too.
