Hotel molto vicino al Palazzetto del Costone, luogo in cui dovevo lavorare. A 15 minuti dal centro della città. Pulito e silenzioso nonostante fosse sulla strada. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Al mio arrivo in hotel non ho potuto farmi la doccia perché non arrivava acqua calda. Ho aspettato oltre 10 minuti con acqua accesa, ma niente. Probabilmente c'era congestione di utenze attive perché siamo arrivati tutti alla stessa ora. Il mattino seguente l'acqua calda arrivava subito. Cuscini scomodi, troppo alti e duri.

Soggiorno piacevole

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel pochi giorni fa e, nonostante qualche problema iniziale, desidero lasciare una recensione molto positiva.

Appena arrivata ho riscontrato alcune situazioni che non erano di mio gradimento, ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato il modo in cui lo staff ha gestito tutto. Con grande disponibilità, professionalità e soprattutto umanità, si sono subito attivati per risolvere ogni mia segnalazione, trovando soluzioni rapide ed efficaci.

Non è così scontato sentirsi ascoltati e presi sul serio, ma qui ho percepito una reale attenzione verso il cliente. Questo atteggiamento ha completamente cambiato la mia esperienza, trasformando un inizio incerto in un soggiorno piacevole.

Alla fine, ciò che porto con me è proprio il fattore umano: la gentilezza, la comprensione e la volontà di fare bene il proprio lavoro. Un valore che, per me, conta tantissimo.

Consiglio questa struttura soprattutto per la qualità del servizio e per uno staff che sa davvero come prendersi cura degli ospiti.
