Amazing hotel
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου υπέροχη και απίστευτη θέα. Το ξενοδοχείο υπέροχο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και φιλικό. Τα δωμάτια με θέα υπέροχα επίσης και το πρωινό πλούσιο και παραδοσιακό.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί όλοι πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια με τρομερή θέα.

Cons:

Κακή ηχομόνωση των δωματίων, μπορούσαμε να ακούσουμε ομιλίες από έναν όροφο κάτω δεν ήταν ενοχλητικό διότι δεν είχε τόσο κόσμο το ξενοδοχείο, θεωρώ πως με γεμάτα δωμάτια θα είναι θέμα.

Περίνενα να δω διαμονή σε 4στερο και νόμιζα οτι ήμουν σε άσκηση χειμερινής διαβίωσης στο στρατό

Tο δωμάτιο ηταν πολύ κρύο. Ούτε στη Σιβηρία να ήμασταν. Εκανα επανειλημένες φορές παράπονα μέχρι και εξτρα θερμαντικό σώμα ζήτησα αλλά έμεινα με την "ορεξη." Στο δωμάτιο 104 που έμεινα με την κόρη μου δεν άναβε το καλοριφέρ παρά ελάχιστα . Οταν παραπονέθηκα μου είπαν οτι φταιει ο αισθητήρας που βρισκόταν σε άλλο χώρο.Επίσης το κλιματιστικο ειχε αεραγωγούς μόνο στον προθάλαμο και όχι στο δωμάτιο με τα κρεβάτια, το οποία τραβούσαν συνέχεια κρύο από τον τοίχο επειδή προφανώς οι θερμοκρασίες έξω ήταν πού χαμηλές (αγγίζαν το 0). Καταλαβαίνετε ένα τριήμερο που έβρεχε συνέχεια έξω κι επιστρέφοντας στο δωμάτο ήμασταν στο κρύο είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα να κρυώσουμε και οι δύο και να βήχουμε συνέχεια. Επίσης προφανώς οι φωτογραφιες που είναι αναρτημένες αφορούν άλλα δωμάτια αφού το συγκεκριμένο δεν είχα μπαλκονόπορτα με μπαλκόνι αλλά παράθυρο με θέα ένα ατελειωτο τοίχο στα δύο μέτρα μακριά.

Ηταν απίστευτα όμορφο και σε καλή τοποθεσία το ξενοδοχείο, έμπειρο, φιλόξενο κι ευδιάθετο προσωπικό , απίστευτος μπουφές πρωινού.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ακριβώς αντιδιαμετρικά από τα Γιάννενα κι ήταν υποχρεωτική η συνεχής χρήση αυτοκινήτου
