Top Ausstattung, schwaches Management
Pros:

Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Ioannina und den See. Alles ist sehr modern, stilvoll und außergewöhnlich sauber – wirklich auf Top-Niveau. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet, das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem, und der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist ein echtes Highlight.

Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und bemüht. Besonders positiv: Uns wurde ein Late Check-out unkompliziert und kostenfrei ermöglicht. Auch der Nachtportier war ein echtes Highlight – nicht nur engagiert, sondern auch unglaublich interessant. Kleiner Tipp: Wer nachts nicht schlafen kann, sollte mit ihm ins Gespräch kommen – man bekommt spannende Einblicke und tolle Tipps zur Stadt.

Negativ:
Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt massiv durch eine große Schulklasse im Hotel beeinträchtigt. Die Lautstärke war sowohl abends als auch nachts und am frühen Morgen extrem – an erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken.

Das Problem lag klar im Management des Hotels: Es kann nicht sein, dass reguläre Gäste praktisch „zwischen“ den Zimmern einer Schulklasse untergebracht werden. Genau so hat es sich angefühlt – wie ein Flur mitten in einer Jugendherberge. Das passt schlicht nicht zum Anspruch und Standard eines solchen Hotels.

Besonders kritisch: Die Situation war bereits bekannt (Beschwerden am Vortag), dennoch wurden wir beim Check-in nicht informiert. Trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden unsererseits blieb es größtenteils bei Verständnis und Entschuldigungen – konkrete, wirksame Maßnahmen gab es jedoch nicht. Mehr als ein Achselzucken war es am Ende leider nicht.

Als kleine Wiedergutmachung wurde uns das Frühstück (ca. 7 €) erlassen – eine nette Geste, die den Gesamteindruck aber nicht wirklich aufwiegen konnte.

Fazit & Bewertung:
Das Hotel hätte aufgrund von Lage, Ausstattung und Konzept eigentlich eine klare 9–10 verdient. Durch das mangelhafte Management dieser Situation wurde der Aufenthalt jedoch deutlich beeinträchtigt.

Прекрасен хотел на хълма
Pros:

Хотелът се намира на върха на хълм с прекрасна гледка към езерото. Пътят до там е тесен и на места стръмен, но с внимателно шофиране се стига безопасно.

Pros:

Красивый вид из окна на озеро и город, есть парковка (хотя на низком клиренсе неудобная)

Cons:

Номер неуютный из-за плиточного пола.

Очень плохая звукоизоляция, слышно все движения соседей и всех собак в округе. Подушка неудобная, спать в итоге в номере сложно.

Завтрак не очень вкусный, горячих блюд практически нет (мгновенно остывают). Кофе за дополнительную плату, и он того не стоит (брали капучино за 3.5 евро, маленькая чашка и вкус не похож на капучино).

В душе слабый напор воды.

Также довольно слабый интернет.
