L emplacement, la chambre , le calme.

Cons:

Les toilettes qui ne s écoulaient pas ( gênant), le petit déjeuner très moyen, produits non au frais etc...

Pros:

L hotel Casa Mia à Syracuse est un des meilleurs endroits pour découvrir la ville.
L hotel est dans une ancienne demeure,charmante et historique.
Les chambres propres et climatisés sont très agréable.
La literie impeccable.
On ajoute un petit déjeuner à l italienne…super.
Je recommande chaudement.

Le café du petit déjeuner…🥹…c est pas Italien.

Cons:

La chambre était sans fenêtre, et donc pas aérée (même s'il y avait la clim).
La réception était fermée dès 19h30 environ, le jour où je suis arrivé ; heureusement on m'a informé à l'avance d'un moyen pour entrer dans l'hôtel et trouver ma chambre.

È a 2 passi dall'isola di Ortigia. Comodissimo.
Climatizzatore silenzioso.

Cons:

Parcheggio da trovare dove si riesce. Non semplice in un viale frequentatissimo di Siracusa.
Bagno che necessita di una rimodernata, e con odori costanti.
Anche il letto andrebbe almeno accompagnato con un materasso delle stesse dimensioni, magari fornendo un cuscino in più.
La colazione è un INSULTO: non oso pensare cosa direbbero dei siciliani, abituati alle loro colazioni. Ma in nessun posto d'italia nessuno oserebbe mai servire 4 cornetti secchi piccoli e duri, una mini coppetta di marmellata solo ciliegie (o simili, non si capiva), e un caffè allungato. Il resto non è degno di menzione.

Nur die Lage

Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer war Schimmel, wir sind dann in das zweite Zimmer übersiedelt, dort war noch mehr Schimmel. Wenn alle Zimmer so aussehen, dann sollte das gesamte Hotel geschlossen werden.

Parfait pour visiter Syracuse et ortigia à pied
Pros:

L’emplacement est top ! A deux pas d’ortigia. Des restaurants et des boutiques en bas de l’hôtel. On a pu avoir la chambre plus tôt et le personnel était sympathique.

Le petit déjeuné moyen
La chambre était grande mais un peu vieillotte

Hotel ben posizionato ma da migliorare sicuramente

Punto strategico , camere e bagno veramente spaziosi ...stile antico per chi piace l arte .

Cons:

Purtroppo non ha il posto auto , colazione un po deludente ce molto da migliorare .

Seriously cute, decorated with great attention to detail. Excellent value for money. Good location with a short walk to Ortigia and to the train and bus stations. Shops and restaurants next door and a nice park with a playground and ice cream very near, good for families with children.
