People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented.
