the bed was comfortable
The room was very cold, the shower was shared and there was no lock on the door. But it's good that we had a key to our room. But it was a little strange to be in this place, since there was a man in the next room
Scammers I pay for this apartment on Friday last week and I was calling the landlord for the room so I can get inside and he said that they are having trouble with booking.com that he going to call me back and he never called me back I try calling him he never answered my calls I was stranded in Belfast, please I need my money back
Went to the address and was told it was no longer a rental, no refund nothing… the girl who answered was so rude and shut the door in my face… I phoned the number given and it was switched off so I have left numerous messages, absolutely disgusting

Staff was rude and non polite. Facial expression was appalling and hostile.
There was no option for self check in or detailed instruction for check in. The phone number was not responding to phone calls. The bedroom lock was not working, hence we left the facility immediately as there was no one to speak to and neither was someone taking up phone calls. The bedroom light was not working apart from the side lamp.
Nothing to like - got there and was told no accommodation available but they took our money? I want a FULL Refund please.

I didn't stay even 1 minute they refused me to enter their property no administration just residents people live there this is a scam. I paid 108 pounds for nothing, i tried to contact Booking com which is responsible for this reservation their answer was very weak. I need my money back.

The propwerty was no more available for booking and the owner said he asked booking to remove the property from the site. However, the owner offered a different room to us and it was comfortable.

Nothing, i was denied access to the facility with the people i found there saying the landlord did not inform them that there was a guest coming and booking.com didn't reserve anything

When I reach at the property.I called the landlord he didn't pick up the call.After calling 6 to 7 time I received a message business is closed you will get ur refund. This is the scam which I faced with this accommodation. So I even didn't get stay but also ruined my money
We were on the road at outside of the property n shivering with the cold in night. I tried to get help from booking.com.I called to customer services who dealed with booking but there was a lady who listened the whole story and drop the called.then I booked an other accommodation on the spot. Which cost me 322 pounds. We got fever due to cold weather where we spend 2 hours in seeking help from booking.com.this was my booking.com which made me so dishart n it looks like they are making fraud with the people in the name of the booking. I will never recommend anyone to book any air Bnb.
It's nothing more than a bed in house in a residential area. There's a shared toilet with a bath/shower. But everything was very clean and you can see a woman's touch. No live TV, but you can stream programs on the smart TV in the room. The bed was very comfortable. For the price, it's fine to stay for the night.
From the outside it's not obvious that you've reached the correct place (no signage, no reception, no doorbell even): you have to phone the owner when you arrive and he will let you in and give you instructions.
