Pros:

Super Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig. Äusserst hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Gepächsdeponierung möglich. Überwachtes Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Näher.

בכללי המלון טוב נוח וארוחת הבוקר שווה הכל. הצוות מדהים ממש. אין תורים ולחץ בקבלה.
Pros:

הצוות מקסים ממש, תמיד נכונים וזמינים לעזור בכל מה שצריך. מי שלוקח ארוחת בוקר זו ארוחה במסעדת בנדיקט וטעים שם ממש והשירות שם מדהים והכי שווה שאפשר לאכול עד השעה 16:00
המנקה הייתה מדהימה ולא רק שניקתה טוב גם הייתה מארגנת לפי הצרכים שלנו וכל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו, אישה ממש טובה כאילו היינו הבנות שלה.
הם שומרים על האורחים 24 שעות. הם ממש הקפידו שיהיה שקט בלילות שהאורחים ישנו ללא רעש.

המגבות תמיד היו מלוכלכות והיה להם ריח נוראי זה היה הדבר שהכי הרס לנו וחבל...
המיקום טוב אבל לא הכי מרכזי.

frühstück im restaurant sehr gut, sauberkeit ok,

es ging aus der beschreibung nicht hervor, dass die gesamten fenster im room 101 keinen ausblick haben — alle gingen in schächte — man wusste nicht ob tag oder nacht ist. sehr deprimierend und nicht zu empfehlen. ich würde das zimmer nie so buchen. es muss aus der beschreibung hervorgehen, dann kann man selbst enstscheiden ob man das in kauf nimmt.
