I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

اتبسط جدا والتيم كله بجد ناس محترمة وخدومة والمكان نضيف وعجبني اوي الروف بليل والاغاني والبنوته والشاي والمشاريب والبنوته بتاعه الاستقبال بجد كل حاجة كانت كويسه والفطار كان حلو جدا وراضيه أنا وجوزي اوي اوي مش اخر مره هاجي لأن المكان جميل ❤️

Tuvimos una buena estadía en el hotel, las instalaciones son perfectas, los desayunos completos, la vista de las pirámides es algo sin igual.
La atención del chico más joven (que lamentablemente no me acuerdo su nombre) fue espectacular.
Apenas llegar, el hombre de la recepción quiso cobrarnos un extra, diciendo que no habíamos reservado para tres personas, sino para dos y que teníamos que pagar una habitación simple.
Pedimos el wifi, nos colocaron el router y a la mañana nos despertamos sin wifi nuevamente (lo habían desenchufado)
Het PERSONEEL is een familie hele lieve vriendelijke mensen en service gericht!! ik was vergeten geld te pinnen en de geldautomaat was 1,5 verderop zei de zoon ik breng je met de motor nou helemaal top toch!!
Het uitzicht op de piramides was perfect.. enige nadeel dat je ver van het centrum zit maar ja voor 5 euro ga je heen en weer..
