The location was convenient to aspects of Chiang Mai. The pricing of the rooms was fair and reasonable. The rooms were clean.
I found the bed to be too firm. The "No Smoking" aspect was not adhered to. Could smell the use of canabis in the hallway.

- The bed was good. The room comes with refrigerator, TV and a balcony.
- As it located in the residence area so it is very quiet.
- Complimentary drinking water will be supplied even you not request for make up room.
- WiFi was good.
- The location was in the residence area so nothing much surrounding. During Loy Krathong can’t find rider and no tuk tuk or red car that enter the area so I need to walk far to the main road.
- Shower area a bit small. The toilet is big but the glass door for shower was small. Didn’t provide shower and shampoo. Only provide soap.
- I requested queen bed but they gave me twins bed because it was already full. So I’m only 1 person not fully utilize the other bed.
Staff is super kind and helpful. Location is fine, and room is well equipped, large and confortable.
The isolation isn’t great, the couple next door was talking quite loud and watching the TV at a high volume too and I could here all of it. But if you get lucky with your neighbours it shouldn’t be a big issue.

The fridge turns off every time you take the key card out so you can't keep things very fresh.
