Pros:

A szállás elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, az óceánpart mindössze pár perc séta. A recepción mindenki nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A medence vize nagyon kellemes és az egész hangulatos, nagy plusz, hogy ez is jár a szálláshoz. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a légkondi automata és úgy működik, hogy se nem sok, se nem kevés, amit fúj.

Cons:

Lehetne több asztal és szék, egy 5 fős család nem igazán tud leülni együtt enni.

Overall is a good place to stay for a short trip, just needs a few minor changes & better up keeping.
Pros:

It was spacious enough for 2 people to accommodate

Cons:

Needs some updating & better cleaning. Shower curtain was dirty, shower head was rusted, utensils & appliances still had visible dirty smudges.

Great location.
Pros:

Location is good.
Reception is friendly.

Cons:

Doesn't sleep four, not enough room.
Windows wouldn't open.
Bed wasn't comfortable.
Need more kitchen utensils etc.

An unforgettable stay in the perfect location, made even better by outstanding hospitality.
Pros:

This place exceeded all of our expectations! My wife and I decided to do a two-day staycation, and it couldn't have been better.

The property is in an outstanding location, within walking distance of excellent restaurants, shops, and just one block from South Beach. Everything we wanted to do was right at our doorstep.

A special thank you to Luiz, who was always available whenever we needed assistance. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations about everything happening in the area. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a wonderful experience.

We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Location and price was very good

Cons:

Rooms and facilities need maintenance. Pool was not cleaned, there were many dead flies in it (i mean many). Room was not cleaned daily (but it was ok).

Pros:

Very good value for money. The apartment itself needs a little TLC. Definitely could do with a make over and some repair work. We only stayed for 3 days and the price was reasonable so we were pretty happy here. The bed was very comfy and the location was great.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a little update. There was a light that was permanently on in the main room which was annoying whilst we slept. Just some TLC would improve in general.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Appartement mit nicht ganz stimmiger Beschreibung, jedoch toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut; es ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und liegt fußläufig zum Strand, dem Ocean Drive sowie zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Die Appartementbeschreibung - insbesondere die Bilder - entsprechen nicht der Realität. Unser Appartement war von der Ausstattung her in die Jahre gekommen, das Laminat z. T. kaputt, und entsprach nicht den Bildern in der Buchung. Wir haben vor Ort durch Zufall im Zuge der Reinigung gesehen, dass es dieses Appartement gab, uns jedoch nicht zugewiesen wurde. Auch einen Privatstrand - der für die Auswahl des Objekts mit ausschlaggebend war - gab es nicht, auch keine Strandutensilien (Schirm, Stühle). So mussten wir diese für mehr als 70 US$ pro Tag vor Ort dazu mieten.
