Pros:

Location and price was very good

Cons:

Rooms and facilities need maintenance. Pool was not cleaned, there were many dead flies in it (i mean many). Room was not cleaned daily (but it was ok).

Great price
Pros:

Very good value for money. The apartment itself needs a little TLC. Definitely could do with a make over and some repair work. We only stayed for 3 days and the price was reasonable so we were pretty happy here. The bed was very comfy and the location was great.

Cons:

The bathroom needs a little update. There was a light that was permanently on in the main room which was annoying whilst we slept. Just some TLC would improve in general.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Appartement mit nicht ganz stimmiger Beschreibung, jedoch toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut; es ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und liegt fußläufig zum Strand, dem Ocean Drive sowie zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Die Appartementbeschreibung - insbesondere die Bilder - entsprechen nicht der Realität. Unser Appartement war von der Ausstattung her in die Jahre gekommen, das Laminat z. T. kaputt, und entsprach nicht den Bildern in der Buchung. Wir haben vor Ort durch Zufall im Zuge der Reinigung gesehen, dass es dieses Appartement gab, uns jedoch nicht zugewiesen wurde. Auch einen Privatstrand - der für die Auswahl des Objekts mit ausschlaggebend war - gab es nicht, auch keine Strandutensilien (Schirm, Stühle). So mussten wir diese für mehr als 70 US$ pro Tag vor Ort dazu mieten.

Cons:

There is water damage and mulled throughout the unit. Floors were buckling and felt unstable. Mildew in the grout at the kitchen sink and all throughout the bathroom. It felt very old and poorly maintained. I did not feel comfortable in this room.

Pros:

L’établissement est proche de Miami Beach, ça se fait bien à pied. La piscine et le spa est plaisant. Luis a été super accueillant et gentil.

Cons:

Très petit pour 5 personnes. Il n’y a pas de table de cuisine, juste une table console pour Max 2 personnes. Le frigo est minuscule. Les photos ne sont pas représentatif de l’appartement qu’on n’a louer.

Lindo apartamento con buena ubicacion, falta manutención algunas cosas para que sea excelente.

Ubicación espectacular, limpieza y personal muy amable.

Cons:

Le faltaban cosas, un televisor no funcionaba, faltaban mantas para la cama auxiliar y le faltaba loza y servicio en la cocina no alcanzaba para los 5.

Pros:

L’emplacement et le sèche cheveux à disposition.

Cons:

Manque de confort, le canapé lit est un délit, pas assez de vaisselle. Clim impossible à régler, les appartements auraient besoin d’un vrai rafraîchissement. Mieux que les photos qu’en vrai. La cour sert de vitrine. On paie clairement l’emplacement.
