Am avut parte de un sejur excelent în acest studio primitor, frumos decorat și foarte bine utilat. Locația este un mare plus: situat într-o curte privată, ferit de zgomotul traficului, oferă liniște chiar în apropierea centrului vechi.
Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost impecabilă, totul s-a rezolvat rapid prin WhatsApp, iar instrucțiunile de check-in au fost clare și ușor de urmat. Micul dejun, oferit pe baza de vouchere, a fost o surpriză plăcută. Mi-a plăcut mult ideea de a putea alege dintre mai multe locații partenere — o experiență diferită față de micul dejun clasic de la cazare, pe care am apreciat-o. Recomand Prosciutteria: chiar dacă trebuie să aștepți ora de deschidere, merită din plin. Iar dacă vrei altceva, plătești doar diferența, ceea ce arată o flexibilitate binevenită.
Un alt aspect pozitiv este parcarea opțională, contra cost, într-o curte învecinată — foarte utilă având în vedere cât de dificil este să găsești loc de parcare în centrul vechi al Brașovului.
Per total, o experiență foarte bună. Aș reveni cu drag și o recomand cu încredere.
Nu sunt aspecte care m-au deranjat, dar am văzut comentarii subiective și aș dori să ajut prin a clarifica: valoarea voucherului pt micul dejun NU este 20 ron!. Meniul este prestabilit și prezentat în pliantul din cameră și chiar în fotografiile camerei de pe booking........! deci o valoare nu are relevanță!. Această valoare este menționată pe spatele voucherului în cazul în care opțiunile tale de mic dejun nu sunt satisfăcute (ex: pentru persoanele cu intoleranță alimentară la anumite produse). Dacă te afli în această situație și nu dorești să comanzi altceva, aceasta este valoarea decontată de partenerul la care servești micul dejun (valoarea de răscumpărare). În realitate, dacă ar fi să evaluez meniul primit la micul dejun, comparând prețurile din meniul locației, valoarea lui depășește clar această sumă.
The location is really good, just a few minutes away from the old town square.
The rooms where really good, the interior was classy! It was really clean, the parking is big.
Having breakfast in different places around is interesting and we liked it, when we left we tried the top place that opens a little later, but is a top. But yet don't expect a lot, it won't fill you for the day, but Romanian food surly will.
In the studio, the bathroom was quite small. It’s perfectly usable, just a bit tight. We didn’t use the kitchen, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but it looked really tiny and barely usable.
In the double room, the bed is upstairs and the stairs are a bit narrow and slightly shaky.
Overall, if you’re a bigger person or if having a proper kitchen is important to you, this might not be the perfect place. Still, it was a great stay and 10/10 from us.
Die Lage ist phänomenal und der reservierte Privatparkplatz ist Gold wert.
Die Dekoration des Apartments ist sehr ansprechend.
Es war absolut sauber, großer Dank an die tolle Zimmerreinigung!
Es gibt das Frühstück nicht in der Unterkunft, man bekommt Gutscheine für 4 Cafes nebenan/gegenüber.
Dies hat dann leider nicht besonders gut funktioniert: Während unseres Aufenthalts (5 Nächte) gab es vor 10 Uhr nur in EINEM der Cafes etwas zu essen und dann auch nur ein Croissant (die anderen Cafes waren entweder noch geschlossen oder es gab vor 10 Uhr nur Kaffee). Vielleicht daher die Frühstücksoption lieber ganz rausnehmen um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden?

החדר ממוקם בקומה שלישית ללא מעלית עם גרם מדרגות מפותל וחשוך (לא ניתל לעלות עם מזוודות).
בקיצור לאחר שיחה עצבנית עם בעלת המקום ביטלתי את השהייה שם ומצאתי מקום אחר הרבה יותר זול והרבה הרבה יותר נוח

Very quiet place. Exceptionally, tasteful interior decorated. A spacious bedroom, with a pleasant comfortable living including a fireplace and a small but well equipped kitchen separate space.

Room was very spacious and clean, well decorated, with all necessary amenities.
Sound proofing was lacking, you could hear the people next door walking and talking, like they were in the room. The bathroom was small and the door opened inwards which made it tricky to get in and out.
Everything! Clean & comfortable & in the city center.
The location is great and the apartment offers an excellent comfort
The kitchen was a bit bellow my expectations but for a short trip it didn't matter much
