Good value for a safe and welcoming stay stay
Pros:

The stock was outstanding, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast included a variety of items and the breakfast area was impeccably clean.

Cons:

The only issue I have was that the bathroom floor was very sticky the first night. I did complain and it was taken care of, and I was informed that it had to do with the chemical that they use on the floors which they are in the process of changing because of the issue.

Pros:

All the staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming from the time we arrived. The housekeeper for room 318 was very efficient and did a great job, Here supervisor was super sweet and courteous. The lady from the kitchen did an outstanding job each day with the food. Moreover, the hotel price was great.

Cons:

I asked for more towels but the housekeeper said we could only get two towels and wash cloths each day. There shouldn't be a ration on towels and wash cloths. The room was very clean but the shower floor was very dirty. The dirt was ground in the floor. The guy at the front desk sent the supervisor of housekeeping up to clean it. She came but only had a cloth and disinfectant and did the best job that she could. Her attitude was amazing! However, housekeeping needs to use a brush and a cleanser not disinfectant to get out the ground in dirt.
