Overall the stay was good. Very new hotel. The price was good and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Some minor issues with the room. There was a spot on the nightstand that was not cleaned off and the coffee maker did not have the little plastic thing that holds the filter. Basic room-flipping checklist issues. Also for some reason, the front desk clerk took a long time to come to the check in desk when I, and another customer, first arrived. The clerk came out of the utility room, so he was probably working on something in there. But there needs to be a some sort of an alarm for when people come in the door so the clerk can hear it if they are off doing other things.
