Pros:

Quirky and quiet little place, clean and a very relaxing stay in a very central location. Not even a 5 min taxi to the airport or centre of the old town plus a handful of the night and weekend markets. Or a 15/20 minute walk depending how you deal with the Thai heat 😂 will definitely book again next visit

Loud and room was very very small compared to the photos in 0.5 on iphone
Pros:

Very loud from road noise and room was extremely small with no elevator for bags.

Cons:

Room was so loud. Room looked bigger in photos by 2x.

Location was pretty good, walking distance to the old town with stores and cafes also near by

It was kind of hard to find staff at times for both check in, breakfast, and check out.

The price was too high for the hotel. 😵‍💫 The pictures do not correspond to reality. 🤷🏻‍♂️
The rooms look more comfortable and larger in the pictures than they are 👆🏻👀
The staff doesn't speak English...
I recommend other hotels. Unfortunately there are much better alternatives in Chiang Mai 👆🏻👀

Fair price and clean room but no view worth
Pros:

Cleanliness and owners girl was very helpful

Cons:

Bath room door noise
Ain bed mattress is spring and it's bulged down

If you have large bags please know no lift.

View outside is not same like pictures outside cannel is dry and all wires pole .
