I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED
Pros:

The location and the friendly staff

Cons:

It’s not written that this property is a time share and they were treating us like we are a second class guest. Our pool was dirty and cold and they told us to pay 200 egp for the clean heated pool !! and for the beach they told us to pay 200 each then when i complained about it because it should be included in my reservation they asked us to go to another beach called kanabish after 1 h of waiting. Very bad experience.
