Huge room - and a special feeling to stay at a real casino
I couldn't stay longer
The staff is the best. My favorite part of the stay is the staff. This was my fourth time staying and the staff recognized me again. They do not speak much English but they make up for it in effort. The one girl at the front desk that speaks English remembered me. I asked her name because I wanted to mention her, but I forgot her name. Mr Sy, give her a raise.
The food is ok, could be better. There are limited local options for attracting people to the property other than the gambling. Mr. Sy, my suggestion would be to partner with an outlet mall. It would be a major draw to the property. Especially with the location.

Silent please close to the thai border
Big room with confortable bed
It's the only hotel close to the border. The room and restroom are spacious and spotless clean.
Internet works very well. Nice comfy big bed and pillows. The hotel offers shuttle bus to the border Thai-Laos too.
No walkable attractions around.

Air-conditioning and electric toilet did not work in 1st room. Electric toilet did not work 2nd room. The bath tub was not big enough for a medium large dog. You can't get any sugar free drinks there. You can't get any vodka there. And it extremely difficult to get a cappuccino. Hotel does not take credit or debit cards. They will not change Sterling. If you only speak English don't go. You can't get normal casino games, other than roulette or slots. Would have moved hotel, if it was not very close to families house. Of note 🏧 only dispense a maximum of 2 million in local currency, which is around £75.00 Sterling. Did not try the banks.
