Cons:

We chose this hotel because it appears in search filters as offering parking and an electric vehicle charging station, which was one of the main reasons for our booking. This was one of the key criteria when choosing this hotel, and we specifically filtered hotels based on these amenities. Unfortunately, this is simply not true. The hotel does not provide parking and does not have an EV charging station, despite clearly advertising these facilities.

The listing contains incorrect information about parking and EV charging, which directly affected our decision to book this hotel. Because of this incorrect information, we had to use an external parking facility during our stay and ended up paying €140 for only 43 hours of parking. In addition, we had to carry our luggage back and forth to the parking location, which made the situation even more inconvenient. Since there is no electric vehicle charging available, we also had no option to charge our electric car as advertised.

Advertising facilities that do not actually exist creates false expectations and is very disappointing for guests who specifically filter hotels based on these amenities. Future guests who rely on filters for parking or EV charging should be aware that these facilities are not actually available at this hotel.

I strongly urge the hotel to remove the claims about parking and EV charging from its listing immediately. These facilities simply do not exist, and continuing to advertise them is misleading for guests. It is time to stop this practice and provide accurate information to future visitors.

That said, the location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are generally clean and cozy despite being small, and the staff is helpful and polite. However, the internally located rooms (with internal windows) are absolutely unacceptable and should not be offered without clearly informing guests in advance. We do appreciate that after our complaint the staff moved us to a better room.

An outstanding stay with exceptional service, an amazing location and a beautiful rooftop view of the Acropolis.
Pros:

The service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I have rarely experienced this level of hospitality. The location is perfect and the rooftop terrace with the view of the Acropolis is truly beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide variety of options.

Cons:

Honestly there was almost nothing to complain about. If I had to mention one small suggestion, having a chef preparing fresh omelets at breakfast would make the experience even better.
