Very disappointing and unfair experience – misleading pricing

Cons:

At first, the price looked very attractive and the reviews were good, so we booked one night at this camp. However, after booking, the host contacted us and informed us that parking and transfer to the camp are payable unless we book a tour directly from him.

I asked about the tour offer, but the price was significantly higher than what other local guides were offering. I mentioned this openly in our conversation. Other guides offered a jeep tour where children were free of charge, while here there was no such option, which made the total price almost double compared to booking with another provider.

During the conversation, the host became aggressive, stating that the price of the bubble accommodation was low and therefore they expect guests to pay for their tours. This approach felt very unprofessional and unfair toward guests.

When we decided not to take the tour, the host then informed us that we must pay for parking and that the transfer costs 20 JOD per person, one way. This information was not clearly stated upfront before booking. This was the final point that made us decide not to stay at this camp at all.

Overall, this experience felt misleading and unfair, with hidden costs and pressure to buy overpriced tours. We did not feel respected as guests and would not recommend this place.

Great staff. Great and fast communication. We arranged our accommodation that morning and we had all the information within 30 minutes. Those, who are not going on a trip, have to count with it that you have to pay a transfer to the camp and back (about 20 JOD, but they will write you about it), because if you do not have a 4x4, you will not get here and the car is left at some their parking points. The food was good. The trips were very nice. The boy tried really hard. We went to the desert for 4 hours - it is really windy in the jeep and it is cold around sunset (we were there in January), so dress more than we did :-) Then we went on a night tour and it was nice - we saw their animals with a racing camel, they made us tea and bread. The children tried sandboarding. One board on the hill behind the bubbles, but it was enough for them. The landscape and the place are beautiful here, the people are very nice. Thank you.

Tesis temiz ve güzeldi. Odalar sıcaktı. Akşam yemeği özeldi. Eğer tur alırsanız ulaşım için ekstra ücret alınmıyor. Wadi rumdan araçla alınıp tesise getirildik. İnanılmaz deneyimdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

كل شيء كان جيّد جدّا
خدمة رائعة .. طاقم ودود جدّا.. خصوصاً سلطان
كانت الجولات أكثر من رائعة
الخيمات جميلة مرتبة نظيفة ومجهزة بمكييفات .. لكن الحمامات متواضعة
الاكل لذيذ العشاء كان زرب دجاج والفطور جيّد

Great service and hospitality
Pros:

Hospitality by saif was very warm welcoming, he made sure we feel safe and comfortable, The location, morning view from bubble room between the mountains, dinner and breakfast, tour services , all were superb and recommended.

Cons:

The shower was broken, the hot water heater capacity was less, make sure to include pick up and drop in the total bill

Nice peaceful place with beautiful views at sunset.
Dinner was cooked well and you could taste the traditional style.
Our jeep guide was patient and let us enjoy each spot.
The crew were some of the nicest people we met in Jordan — calm, respectful, and very helpful.
They made the experience feel personal rather than commercial.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bolla a Wadi Rum durante un rarissimo diluvio, una situazione che qui non capita mai. Nonostante le difficoltà dovute al meteo, i ragazzi dello staff hanno saputo gestire tutto con professionalità, calma e grande disponibilità, facendoci sentire sempre al sicuro. Il cibo è stato delizioso. Le persone sono state incredibilmente gentili, accoglienti e sempre pronte ad aiutarti.
La camera era meravigliosa: vista stupenda sul deserto, atmosfera magica e un silenzio unico.
Un soggiorno che ricorderemo per sempre

Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar del desierto de Wadi Rum
Pros:

El personal es muy atento y se ocupan de que todo esté a tu gusto. La localización del hotel es perfecta porque está alejado de la carretera y entre dos grupos de colinas lo que hace que sea muy acogedor. No tiene grandes lujos pero tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar del desierto.
